First Time at Wingstop. I had a crave for boneless wings at it did the job. Had the voodoo fries which is a wanna be poutine. Tried 2 types of sauces. The hot honey which was ok and the hickory smoke bbq which was much better.

Let me just start off by saying the two workers I interacted with were very friendly…
This was my first time ordering at this location, but l’ve been to several other locations and was pleased. I placed my order online and had a 20-25 minute wait, per my confirmation. I arrived about 30 min later and my order was not done. I was ok with waiting a few extra minutes, they did seem rather busy.
The strange thing was, one of the workers was outside the door, not letting any customers in. She would call in to the workers for orders and let us know the status. The inside benches were also placed strategically, to block off the path to the back.
It seems weird, but I continued to wait outside with the others. Suddenly, a bunch of workers near the register started screaming and scampering like something “alive” was in the floor, at their feet.
The worker in the doorway reassured us that it was
“just a spider.” I imagined a rodent of some sort or perhaps a giant cockroach. And wondered if they were having a problem since this may be why no customers were able to enter the restaurant.
The food looks edible but to be honest, I’m afraid to eat it.i might just trash it and go elsewhere, as now I’m afraid of getting sick.

Cashier greeted everyone as they walked in and wished them well as they left. Professional and attentive. The food was not as good as I had hoped. It seems their recipe for lemon pepper wings has changed. They simply fried the wings and dumped a lot of salty lemon pepper seasoning on them. The old sauce method was better.

Went to go pick up order here for uber waited longer than normal I dont think they where actually cooking the food at all when I was there to pick up until the last minute and then one of guys in the kitchen acted like he forgot about the order completely and then he asked what was i waiting on ?? Which is just pathetic!! They all need to be fired Smh and then just wen things couldnt get worse one of them clocks out goes the front register and one of the girl orders some food for him while im still waiting and then the girl gives him his food right away how does employees get food before customers that’s terrible!!

I called to make an order and I got my usual 3 tender combo (2hot honey ) (1 plain) the girl said she can’t because it’s 1 flavor and I told her I always order the same thing and never had a problem with my order she said she don’t know I asked for a manager and she puts someone else on the phone and it wasn’t the manager either . I asked for her name she said they can’t give that their name. Just poor customer service . I ended up not ordering
