Four combos. Waited over 45 min for our order. Online orders took precedence. When we received our order, the chicken patty was burned and stiff as a rock. Also, we ordered boneless and received regular wings. I informed the staff. Waited another 20 min until I asked how much longer until I receive my food and was told they have a lot of orders coming in and do not know how long it’ll be. I expressed my frustration and tried to reason with staff. Staff was dismissive, walked away and did not take accountability. Moments later a gentleman came from the back and heard our concern and took care of it. We ended up waiting over another 10 min. Choose another location. I’m sure you have better things to do than to wait around until this staff gets around to making your food and getting it RIGHT.

The Attitude here is horrendous and very unacceptable. They all rather talk to each other than serve any customer. They took my receipt so i couldn’t do the survey and I am very disappointed by that. When spending your money for food you don’t expect to be treated like an irritation. I had to wait five minutes or more to even be acknowledged at this place each time i have come to this location. I wanted to use the restroom and it is only available for employees. Being a restaurant, it does not have a restroom for clients? It took 32 minutes to deliver my order and what I ordered was boneless and did not have the quality and rich flavor that they had before.

Worst location yet. Girl with purple braids was extremely rude and dismissive. Marked my order as picked up but when i get there I am told that the order isn’t even ready. I asked how much longer and she says that she needs to bag it. She takes 20 minutes to bag my order because shes too busy doing orders for walk ins when I made my order 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Not fair how other people are getting their getting their order before me when I paid 30 minutes before. This worker could clearly care less about paying customers. Going to corporate as well. Ridiculous.

If I could give no stars I would. What a terrible experience. I will never order from there again. I ordered our food on 5/6 at 8:18 and we waited till 10 pm for our food and still didn’t receive it. We walked out without our food nor a refund. There was no one at the front desk and wasn’t talking to us. They were rude and not willing to help. I filed a complaint on the web site.

Wing stop on 20565 Old Cutler Road Miami, Fl, 33189 is putting the community at risk. Upon arriving at this location to pick up an online order, there were no personnel available to assist the 10+ customers in the vestibule to pickup their order. My lengthy wait time allowed me to assess the employees who displayed poor hygiene standards both personally and in their preparation of food. The preparation area was dirty, disorganized, and none of the employees were visibly wearing any PPE to prevent the spread and transmission of disease. In summary, this restaurant has zero hygiene standards, nonexistent management and is running rampant. Beware of this restaurant for the sake of your health.
