The Assistant Manager, Queen, always has excellent customer service! She’s always kind, respectful, professional & ensures the accuracy of the orders. The crew that works with her are great as well! Queen should be the regional training manager for all locations! I literally do not service the Perry location as we have had constant issues from the food to the service! Workers need to go to the Lake Joy location to receive training from Queen! Just wanted to recognize the top tier service received from Queen each visit, thank you!

The worse dairy queen. I rarely have a good experience here. And stopped going here. But i had just got off work nearby and my huband wanted to try the new flamethrower chickenstrip basket. To begin with the girl working the drive thru was very short, rude, and cutting me off.
I asked if we could have flamethrower sauce as the dipping sauce, she said no. Then I gave her the sauce choices for me, my husband and my kids chicken fingers. Only my son got honey mustard in his kids meal, when I asked for ranch. Whats the point of us asking what sauce we want, if you aren’t even going to give us the sauce. I live like 10mins from here and the food is not even warm. Im not expecting it to be steaming hot, but it should still be warm. The toast, taste like stale bread loaded with butter. Spending over $50 is a joke.

Arrived at 907 and was told food was not being cooked. The online hours are until 10. Post a sign that says you close the kitchen at a certain time or post online that you close the kitchen down a hour or 2 prior so that it will not be misleading. Once you are in the drive thru you can not get out.

The menu said a #1 was $7.59. The young lady said my order was $12 something. I told her the menu said the meal was $7.59. She said yea, someone said that earlier but i don’t know. What you mean you don’t know? It’s yall menu. Nobody checks it?

️Placed our order online seamlessly

️Pulled up to the drive-thru menu, informed them we placed an online order and was here to pickup

️Was told we had to come inside to pickup our order, which was horrible as we were behind 3 cars with no way to get out of line

️After 10mins of waiting on all the other cars, I pulled around to park; Went inside alone as my daughters Titanium Knee was swollen too much for her to walk on; As I entered the store of course there were other people waiting on their food thus adding MORE time to us receiving our food and me getting my daughter home to ice her knee!!

️I saw a bag sitting on a ledge, after about 2mins a cook asked “Does anyone have an online order” I said ME, he acknowledged me but the bag still just set there!!

️Another 6-7mins went by whilst I watched drive-thru workers and a cashier preparing other peoples blizzards/ice cream orders walking back and forth past MY bag; I am seriously LIVID at this point

️Even though I ordered online, AHEAD of everyone in front of me, I was the LAST to get the bag that I WATCHED sit on the ledge the ENTIRE time I waited!!!

️19- 20mins later, counting the drive-thru time as well, my name is called just as I was about to leave and contact corporate with my VALID complaint and demanding a refund

️NOTE: ALL OF OUR FOOD WAS COLD! And the packaging was HORRIBLE (see my pic)

I fail to see a single LOGICAL justification for why my food could not have simply been handed to me through the drive-thru. The refusal was entirely unnecessary and caused significant inconvenience!!

I’ve changed all of my previous 5-star ratings to 1-stars. This recent experience was unacceptable and has completely ended our frequent visits—something we’ve done regularly until now. The current online ordering policy is not only inconvenient, it’s inconsiderate. It fails to account for customers with disabilities who cannot enter the store but can access the drive-thru. Until this policy is changed, we won’t be returning!

Stopped here on our way home after driving 7hrs & 40mins from Cape Coral FL and was REALLY hoping the food was good as we were SO TIRED

⚜️SERVICE⚜️

️The young lady taking our order at the drive-thru was AMAZING, we could hear clearly (which is a struggle at most drive-thru’s) her voice was very soothing and she was 100% perfect at her job and we thanked her for that, she was VERY pleasant ♥️ It was around 5-6pm so be SURE to reward her accordingly!!
️At the window we were asked to pull-up in a spot, which we did, yet was really hoping not to have to wait too long, as after our long drive we desperately wanted to get home; SOOOO happy we did not; It was only about 5mins BRAVO
️The same soft spoken young lady brought out our food, I told her we ALWAYS check our bags and could she wait a sec whilst we do so, as I did not want to get back in line if our order was wrong; She politely stated “Oh I don’t mind at all, I completely understand) ABSOLUTE PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

⚜️FOOD⚜️

️We ordered 2 Burgers, Fries, a Shake and a Hot Fudge Sundae
️The bread was toasted to perfection
️The burgers were flavorful and actually looked like the pictures; Not smooshed at ALL
️Our Fries were the best crispy, salty deliciousness EVER; We usually hate fries but we are now fans of these
️My adult daughter LOVED her Shake, she said it was PERFECT, as was my Sundae; Well actually it was the BEST Sundae I have had in this city, because for once there was enough fudge to go with all of my Ice Cream; And to top that off, they gave me a cup of peanuts on the side, enough for my whole Sundae and that NEVER happens

We 100% Recommend this location without hesitation 10/10 EASY!!

REVISED: This DQ location has really gone downhill. Self serve drink station is closed, No napkins out, have to go to the counter for everything. A large area of the dining area is closed for use. The service was slow, but one person appeared to be working the drive through and front counter at the same time and kept going back and forth. Severely short handed and it’s impacting quality and service.

PAST REVIEW: I visit here often and have never had any issues. The food is always good and freshly prepared. Ice cream is always smooth and creamy!

Customer service is terrible! And if you’re going to shut down the kitchen at a certain time, the times should be posted. The hours are until 10 but I was told the kitchen was closed when I got there at 9:20. I understand yall close at 10 and are ready to leave but the times should posted or start off by making your customers aware.

Will not be back. $15 for a chicken strip basket! And that was NOT what was on the drive they menu, it was $8 on the menu. They don’t charge as a basket, you pay separately for the drinks and fries! Just by itself the chicken was $12, large fry is $1 and a large drink is $1.99. For two large combos it was a few cents shy of $30! For that price I’d have a better time (and better food) going to a sit down restaurant!

On 10/18/21 around 8:40pm, I came to the drive thru, just to be greeted by a rude employee who basically rushed me to order when I’ve only been in the drive thru for 30 secs (female with blue hair and braces during Night Shift ). After ordering and paying for my food, i noticed that an older employee (old woman with glasses for Night Shift) wasn’t even wearing both gloves and touched several things with her bare hand. I waited for over 10+ mins for COLD and RAW food, and you’d think it’d all be fresh since the wait was so long but NO. The fries were old and cold, my burger was drowned in ketchup and Mayo, and after 2 or 3 bites into my burger I noticed it wasn’t even fully cooked…just completely RAW. I’m 7 months pregnant and that could literally harm me and my child!!!! I’m praying it doesn’t. The chicken tenders and chili dogs my significant other ordered were ridiculously cold (including the fries). I’m not sure if it’s just the Night Shift that’s like this but I’m NEVER returning again. I can’t even get my money back for everything that was ordered because they’re closed.
