Because the staff would rather have me wait while they are prepared 50 piece and 250 piece orders when all I had was one single sandwich. UberEats had a SUPER deal with 40% Off & Wingstop offer 10 Boneless wings free in addition. So, this was my first chance to try Wingstop! I ordered the 15 tenders with choice of three flavors & 3 sauces. I ordered the garlic parmesan, Korean bbq & the honey habanero, 5 each! The Boneless wings I ordered garlic parmesan & korean bbq. I also ordered a large regular fries. Good quick delivery, within 40 minutes. Food was warm! The only problem was, photo below, that the small sauce plastic cups opened up in the bottom of the bag. The boxes of food were on top of them, duh! So, they should have put the sauces at the top of the bag! That is the reason I deducted one star. Other than that I was satisfied with the food & the deal!)

Customer assistance is horrible. I ordered on the website and mistakenly had my order sent to a nearby Wingstop. They did nothing to facilitate the transfer of the order. The other location refused to provide a refund or credit. Horrible customer service.

Went there to get some Tenders and Fries after work and one of the employees James (Jay) made sure my tenders were extra crispy and well seasoned as requested and made sure my fries were hot and fresh. His customer service attitude is amazing and I thank him very much for making sure I enjoyed my meal! 10/10 would recommend!
