I got home and immediately had to write this review. I got their wings for Super Bowl and this is my second time getting wings from them. I usually go to the Wingstop on Lake Mary, but I stopped going there ever since I started going to this Wingstop because the quality is 10 times better. The service is 10 times better they’re so sweet and they’re so caring and the food is amazing. I cannot stop recommending this Wingstop exactly I will never fall or never go to any other Wingstop. You guys are amazing. You deserve the world even though they were so busy for Super Bowl. They were so sweet to everyone. They were so patient and calm.

I came in yesterday for my food, somehow it wasn’t ready or it seemed to be misplaced. A nice young man who seemed to be helping out while the back was busy was trying to locate my food for me. He told me he didn’t see it and went to ask someone in the back about what should he do. To my surprise I was shocked when I heard “that’s not my problem”. I don’t think that’s something anyone should say out loud. I guess someone didn’t realize I have ears.
I was actually when he came back and ignored then and remade my food for me. I’m understand it happened to be Superbowl and I more so understand the frustration with the mass amount of orders, but that is no excuse. Thank you to the African American young man

I got half traditional and half boneless. 20 of each. Flavors were Atomic, Korean spicy Q, Mexican street spice, and mango habanero. Love all the flavors. Korean spicy tasted a bit soy saucey though.
My complaint is the wings are small and over cooked. Boneless is small too and also over cooked a bit. I like thick juicy wings. That’s all. I heard a lot about wing stop and their wings and how amazing and juicy they are. So I’m just disappointed. It is what is is though.

Doing business the wrong way. We did not receive the correct order (missing fries and gave us the wrong flavor wings). When we talked to the store, the employee told us the manager said there was nothing they could do to make it up. We were told since we ordered though Uber Eats they could not give us a refund. They then said there was nothing they could do to make it right. There was no accountability from the store. We will not be going back.

The fries were cold, and the service was slow. The young girl was on her phone and leaning on the counter. I went back in to give the food another chance, and the food was worse! The fries were over seasoned and hard to eat yet alone enjoy. The wings weren’t crispy and I just threw the food away. I won’t return.

My son was strongly suggesting wing stop because a ton of his friends like it. So….we tried it for the first time. I decided to read the reviews and got a little worried about customer service. However my son insisted we try it for ourselves. I would say the customer service was fine. The wait time told was 14 min and it ended up being 21 min. Not a big deal. Fresh orders take time. We brought the wings home to enjoy with a movie but soon realized the order was wrong. I asked my husband “didn’t you check the bag before leaving to make sure it was correct?” His response was “ I didn’t think I needed to , the girl seemed so happy and confident so I figured it all was there”. So on to the food…besides the missing items I really have no complaints. The wings were pretty good. We had both, bone in and bone out. We all agreed the bone out wings had a ton more flavor! We tried Lemon pepper which had a huge amount of zest to it and the hickory bbq and the mild both had a flavorful kick to them. BBQ was probably the house favorite. Fries were ok. I would recommend not judging this place by the reviews as the customer service wasn’t so bad and the wings were delicious for the price.

This location loves to mess up your order all the time apparently. Ordered large Voodoo fries and 5pc garlic parm tenders. Two tenders were missing and I got a small instead of a large thing of voodoo fries. Please save your money and go somewhere else, I’m begging you.

I have one by my job in orlando and it’s so good. I came to this and it was trash. Not edible. Taste like I was eating salt, wings wasn’t cooked right and the fries taste old like they were cooked in the microwave from the day before. It’s crazy how two different locations of the same store can be so different. Never again, close the store down!

Places an order for delivery, said to call number to make changes (I wanted wings to have extra sauce), tried calling number but it said phones were having technical issues.
Wings were delivered extremely dry, basically boneless wings that were red. Package wasn’t sealed. Later we noticed food was missing. And my friend threw up after eating them.
I submitted my order for a refund. Manager emailed saying they would refund the order. Weeks went by and no refund. I emailed the manager back and no response. I contacted the manager at the number they provided. She said we would reach out to the district manager. Still no response.
I’ve decided to just dispute the charge with my credit card to get a refund.

They forgot ranch & the corn was cold. Took a min for the guy to acknowledge me for picking up a mobile order, tenders & boneless wings were still good & warm when I got home
