Rob is the GOAT!!! This is hands down the best Wingstop I’ve been to in every aspect. The restaurant is CLEAN clean, the food is SO fresh, and the customer service was next level. I’ve never felt so attended to as a customer, much less at a Wingstop.
If you have the opportunity to come to this location in Oviedo, you definitely should! They do a great job of making sure their customers are taken care for.

I came in after work to get some lunch and had a wonderful experience! When I first arrived, I was welcomed with a smile by Rob, who then introduced Johnny. Food was prepared with care, and fresh. It also took a reasonable amount of time, which is rare when it comes it most WingStops; you’ll be waiting FOREVER typically. Restaurant is clean and one to be proud of (coming from someone in the industry). I then stayed to talk with Rob and Johnny and they are nice and wonderful people! We had a great conversation that will definitely keep me coming back (aside from the great food lol). I have been to a few WingStops in the area, and this is the best, BY FAR. If you are looking to get fresh food, friendly service, and timely service, come HERE.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how absolutely immaculate the place was. It was so clean I had to tell the general manager, Rob. He said they pride themselves on that. The fries were fresh and crispy and the wings were saucy, hot and delicious. Sabine and Isabela were a pleasure as well, walking me through the menu and preparing my food fast. My family will be back!

Wow…just wow. This review is about a specific employee. She’s a short white chic with dark brown/black hair. Worst “customer service/soft skills” I’ve ever seen in my life. You dont chastise your frustrated customers who are trying to get a refund. You did it to the older lady in front of me. Also, I get that your backed up and I hate that my wife ordered freaking wings to be picked up at the kickoff time for the superbowl, but I pre-ordered them a month ago…you need to find a better way to tell me that theyre going to be “at least a half hour late.”
I ended up getting a refund and leaving. Do NOT order from this place during a big event. And for God sakes management google soft skills and train your staff

The wings were cold this time. The order wasn’t ready when I arrived so I assume they were straight out of the fryer unless they are batch cooking. I’m used to them being burn your mouth hot. I ordered 20 wings 10 hot, 5 Spicy Korean and 5 honey garlic.they were all very light on sauce and lacking flavor. My favorites are the flats but this order had 17 drums and only 3 flats I would expect 50/50. Maybe next time.
