I’ve been to this location a dozen times or more for take out. Wings are good and deals have been excellent. However, this time we have a problem. See the photo? That’s supposed to be a large veggies order. A solid 30% fewer than it should be. Honestly it looks like a small order. Also it was sitting in a few millimeters of water which would have been more than enough to destroy the bottom of the bag. That happened last time I got a to go order. I gave this atmosphere 2 stars because parking is terrible and there was a homeless guy asking for help. Chances are you are not going to have to deal with that guy, but parking still be terrible.

If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. I called in an order for 20 traditional wings all flats, crispy. When I arrived the wings were old and soggy. The 10 mild wings were literally swimming in sauce and they put the wrong sauce on the other 10. I politely asked to have my order remade. The manager on duty agreed but made me wait nearly 40 minutes for the remake. It was already after 11 pm when arrived based on the time frame I was quoted when I ordered over the phone. After a 40 minute wait the manager on duty came out and handed me a bag and told me to check my order, he said “ I may have put too much lemon pepper on them”. The 10 lemon pepper had an excessive amount of seasoning and were fried hard as bricks and the mild wings were drenched in grease that seeped through the bag and covered the cups of ranch dressing. I took the bag a left because I know this was done out of retaliation because I asked them to remake my order. The manger stood on the side of my car with a grin on his face and said “the customer is always right”. Before I backed out of my parking space I could see him laughing with the other crew members after he went back behind the counter. I decided that it probably would not be in my best interest to even attempt to eat the wings and that I would write this review and take pictures so I can dispute the charges because the food was not fit to eat. The manager on duty was a heavy set black guy with a low haircut. There were also other customers that waited for an extended period of time to receive their orders. The staff on duty was more concerned with prepping the store to close than assisting the customers that were waiting.
UPDATE: I went back into the store today immediately after the store opened and spoke with a different manager, I showed her the food and she was appalled. She apologized and remade my order the correct way without hesitation. I still don’t have any plans on revisiting this Wingstop location ever again.

The food was precooked. The fries was cold and the already had the wings sitting in the basket. When we ordered them they redropped them in the grease to heat them up. When they fixed my order the wings was barely warm and the fries as well. Both was full or grease because of them letting them soak trying to reheat them instead of cooking them fresh.

The chicken had no seasoning at all, and the Hawaiian sauce had almost zero flavor. I ordered a 6-piece combo and could only eat two wings. The rest was so bad I had to take it home to try and doctor it up, but even that didn’t help. All the flavor was just on the outside and not seasoned through at all.
I did eat the fries, but only because we didn’t get home until about 20–45 minutes later since my wife and I had to run into Walmart quickly.
Overall, this location does not live up to the Wingstop name at all. If this had been my first Wingstop experience, I probably wouldn’t come back.

I’m addicted To oysters
I’m sort of a picky/choosy eater however I love chicken strips . The tenders are full of gristles/fat sort of reminds me of Tyson chicken strips . The chicken breast tenderloin by Perdue, you will never catch gristles through out theirs . Wing stop I hope you guys do not use Tyson or some other brand that’s pre breaded and then you just deep fry them. Idk maybe I just received the wrong batch . The garlic Parmesan and Hawaiian sauces is what made the tenders great overall along with the ranch . Ehhh I can’t eat the extra fat and gristles .it definitely doesn’t allow you to receive the right amount protein having to pick through the mess . Omg the boneless wings that I used to order were pure chicken breast cuts ,no fat or gristle.

ordered a 8 piece boneless, was disappointed by these half bite sized pieces… I usually don’t have any problems with this location but when I brought the issue up with the manager Steven, he paid no mind and kept doing whatever he was doing claiming he wasn’t on the cash register so he couldn’t do anything about it, wasn’t until I mentioned a refund he finally bothered to come over. The same manager then stated he was never taught to give refunds and I could receive a refund the following day…. He finally offered to remake them, I refused and told him Ill be leaving them, he claimed it would only be a few minutes, I had already wasted time trying to get his attention I didn’t see it worth while. had he offered a solution when I originally brought up the issue I wouldn’t be here typing

This location is prejudice. I was there today to pick an order up for ubereats. They had 3 regular spots parking spots in front of the store and an handicapped spot. There was a car in the middle regular spot with their doors open on both sides so nobody could park to the regular spot. I drove around the the building, thinking they would have them closed when I drove back around. They were still open when I drove back around. They were trying to stop me from parking in the spots. I still pulled and parked as far over as I could in the blocked spot and a little in the handicapped spot. I get out to go in the store. The car had 4 or 5 black people in it. I just ignored them and went in the store.
When I go in the store I tell them who I’m picking up for. The man told me it wasn’t ready. I sit down to wait and notice all the people waiting for their orders were white. Anytime a white person walked in they had to wait. If they were black they got their food immediately. The restaurant was fool of white people waiting. While sitting in the restaurant waiting, I noticed a car pull up to park in one of the parking spots the was being blocked by the car. She was black. The car shut their doors so she could park. I looked over at the guy in the store and he smirked at them to let them know they did a good job. The black lady walked right in and got her order. All of us white people were still waiting. I walked out and cancelled my ubereats order.

The cashier Joshua was well mannered and repeated our order back for accuracy- which I appreciate because my husband and I can be a little “extra”. He was also wiping counters, tables, and making sure things were running smoothly. He just had a good up beat energy and I felt like he should be recognized as an employee who goes above and beyond.

Wings are good most of the time. They a military discount, as well as, a discount if you show them your movie ticket stub. They have a cool aviation theme. I like the fries they have a special seasoning blend that is white and brown sugar, salt, and pepper. They haven’t messed up my order. They have rushed us out of the restaurant late at night. They have a sign that says “Open till Midnight” but, most days of the week they are open till 11. The staff usually don’t seem like they have it together at the counter. Sometimes they don’t have napkins, they have a roll dispenser with brown paper towels. Not very good for getting off wing sauce and they don’t offer hand wipes.

Nothing has changed from our last visit. My kids like unfortunately. I placed a to go order by phone. My drive was over 15 minutes. Arrived and it was piled up with people waiting for orders. Unorganized completely. No one was keeping up with orders. If I wasn’t honest, I could’ve walked out with my food without paying. That’s how unorganized they were 2nd time a both times were not good experiences. I really hope someone takes charge and puts this place in order.
