i ordered boneless wings , they gave me flats, spent around 35$ for me and my girlfriend, they remade the chicken, Didn’t remake the fries which is kind of crappy and on top of that we live 30 minutes away, So after i walk out the store after they fixed the order, we check the bag again and we are still missing 8pc boneless wings. i just left because i figured they would get the order wrong again. im so upset because i actually enjoy this food joint.

Trash service. Ruined an $80 order with incomplete items and wrong dressing. Im pretty sure they cant read because they never get anything right. Treated me like i was trying to get extra food when they gyped me out of what i paid for. The cumulative 3 star rating is way above what it really is. In the trash.

Employees were very nice and greeted me upon entry. They all seemed to get along well each other, laughing, and enjoying their work. Food was fresh, tea was good, and food was delicious and ready for me when I got there. The seating area was very clean too.

First time going I ordered a plain chicken sandwich combo and waited 25 minutes for a mchicken quality chicken sandwich, asked for it plain with NO pickles it had pickles and the side was covered in some hot sauce. Waisted my entire lunch break, the only redeeming quality was the seasoned fries were pretty good

She is an absolute pleasure and so nice but today I had an unpleasant experience with Joshua, undoubtedly the most rudest individual I’ve encountered in a LONG time. Had I not asked for my receipt, I wouldn’t have known he charged me for a drink I didn’t request. If you don’t like your job, quit.

Absolutely disgusted in ths service and the food i recieved. My wings laid on the counter for 20 minutes before i said they were mine. Didnt receive half my order. Then the worker told me to take everything out of the bag like i was lying or something. Then had the audacity to give me 9/10 drums. Didn’t get any ranch, and my fries have no seasoning. I got food poisoning immediately after eating! I came here to get some boneless plain wings and fries while visiting Valdosta. I ate at about 11PM and the next morning I woke up very VERY sick.
Also the woman who “greeted” me when I walked in was so pushy and rude.
Never again will I visit this location. I live far from Valdosta anyway…
