I was bummed the first time I ate here. Second time I came in I had the weirdest interaction here and it pretty much solidified my decision to never eat here again. The wings at BWW are better unfortunately and the employee must have had a hard day or, something going on, because the oddest thing was a huge deal and she was ready to fight over nothing. Major attitude as soon as I walked in and don’t plan on returning.

Ordered carry out for 30 hot wings, arrived a little early and the two girls working were very kind & let me know the time left on the chicken! Awesome wings & the staff was polite. It seems a lot of the others with worse experiences; are what I would call “Never satisfied” — just can’t make some people happy! Food service work is a tough gig no matter where you’re at!
11/10 wings and service despite what others have said. I caught them in a slower moment. Keep that in mind when ordering, it’s luck of the draw with cook times and the amount of inbound orders, the friers only hold a certain amount!

First time in this location and the hospitality from Dusty was amazing. I was curious about several flavors and he allowed me to taste test. So that was nice. I’ve never been offered that at another wingstop, so that was very nice, but yeah, food was great. Service was great and very timely. I definitely suggest this new place in Brunswick

I’ve ate from here twice, first time during opening week maybe 3rd day, of course there was a wait but I was impressed with the tenders non the less. And here a few days ago I went back and my food was ready on time and it was really good. The customer service was smooth and simple I just think people are being very hard on the start up of the business and of course being a chain there is a reputation and standard it’ll be held to. But In my honest opinion I like it and I’d go back.

If i could give 0 I would. Placed the order and said would be ready in 48 minutes. I waited the 48 minutes. Drove up there just for them to say another 30 minutes. This place is trash. The employees didn’t even say anything to me when I came in. They were talking amongst themselves for good 2 minutes. I told them to just cancel my order after they told me another 30 minutes.

I went to the new wingstop yesterday and I have to say that the food was fresh and really good and the service was excellent but the I do think the staff was a bit overwhelmed and wasn’t ready for that many people today especially for how crowded the kitchen was.

I waited over an hour and my food still wasn’t ready. The employees acted like they were just hanging out and not at a job working. Didn’t care or try to do anything for me when my food was well over the time it estimated online. Terrible customer service, I can only imagine what their cleanliness score will be this next inspection. Low quality people now making the publics area trash. ORDER ELSE WHERE OR YOU WILL BE MAD

I ordered on opening day, and the wait was truly atrocious, but there had to have been 30 people in the restaurant, so what can you do? They took my order in store and I asked for extra crispy fries, and they made them extra crispy! I think it will get better once they are more established.

Ordered online which says get food faster avoid the wait , was told my food would be ready in 33 mins got to store they told me another hour i asked for refund and the manager told me he got people waiting for hour or more that i cant just expect to jump a head of them , i told him well sir ur site says orderbonline and get it faster gave me a time and my food still not ready and say another hour or more i want a refund , he said well the sure is wrong and its going be 7 days before u get ur money back i said fine , ask for receipt he said get it off line where u made it order , didn’t give his name just ask for my 4 digits of my card he wrote on a piece of paper , i ask his name , very rude unorganized, no customer service, no one knows whats going on , for this place to just be open a week they not ready , PLUS MY ORDER WAS SMALL JUST 10 WING BY THEM SELVES , NO DRINK , NO FRIES BUT I HAVE TO WAIT 2 HRS I THINK NOT
