The hot honey “dry rub” at the Woodstock location is always overly salty and covered in loads of sauce instead of being dry. Whitney at Woodstock also confirmed customers have complained about this before. Going forward, I will always give an honest review, whether there is an incentive or not. I When I call to place an order over the phone, the cashier is never available. I was left on hold until I arrived and had to place my order inside. This location usually honors the survey for 5 free wings like a few other locations, but this time they said they couldn’t because they were low on wings and even cups. When I asked for a refund and said I would go elsewhere, they contacted Michelle, the manager, and she gave me a hard time. She questioned why I wanted a refund for my fries, and refused to issue it. They then said they would honor the wings, which they normally do anyway. After the back and forth, I declined. A crew member then contacted the manager, Michelle, who reached out to the district manager. When I went to the Kennesaw location, Alex already knew about the situation.

The chicken tenders were good and very saucy (LOVE), but it took forever. We left before a blow up happened, but a guy was about to lose his crap on the workers bc it was taking so long. Lol We have seen other reviews that this location is slow, but we had a t-mobile thing that gave us free meals, so we could afford to wait. Anyway, service needs to step it up. Otherwise, food was good.

My biggest issue is that the fries are not cut properly and UNDERCOOKED literally soggy and raw. Especially when I requested extra done its like what…..? these aren’t even fries they are almost whole potatoes…… plus the large fries are half full (ya the fry in the photo is supposed to be a large but after removing all the giant pieces of potato and even before its half full and after removing them its like a extra small…. wing stop is not cheat and im like.. why cant you even give the correct amount of food and cut it properly….) and they are extremely slow. My boneless wings are cold now when they used to be scalding when I got them. Also lacking in seasoning on the wings.

This location used to be SO good! All the food used to be extremely fresh and well seasoned. I’m so disappointed…Remember to check your orders from here 100% they always forget something.

When I ordered my food I asked can get fresh fries when I got my order the fries wasn’t fresh so I went back in & asked for fresh fries I waited 15 minutes just to get the same old fires crazy you can’t even get some fresh not to mention the 30 minutes wait check your items make sure it’s correct before you leave ‼️

I placed an order on the app on 4/5…it arrived COMPLETELY wrong…I ordered bone in and received boneless…flavors I ordered were NOT AT ALL what I received…I was at work overnight so therefore had nothing to eat… I called on 3 occasions and spoke to Cortez, Kim and Hana who were all great and tried to resolve my issue but I know their skills are limited…they all said they had passed it to thier GM and I should be receiving my refund. Finally today 4/26 I went into the location on my way to work and asked for the GM…Cortez was there and went to get her…Megan was on a phone call outside and just advised him to refund me… I feel that a good manager would come and speak with the customer and provide the refund… A GREAT manager would do all of that and replace the meal as well…Megan in my opinion is neither…I will NOT patronize this location again

Every-time I eat wing-stop I get disappointed. I ordered 2 combo meals to be delivered to my home and when they arrived with 3 big cups of cheese but no fries because they forgot 2 orders of fries. Me and my boyfriend were so excited to eat and then forgetting our fries ruined the whole meal. The food was not that good because I was obviously disappointed I have 3 cups of cheese I paid extra for to just sit because I had no fries to eat them.

I ordered all drums! What does it take someone to read!? The order was two hours long, you’d think that would be enough time not to f$&k Up.
How educated do you need to be to read and understand what to do with an order. When you spend $100+ and you don’t get what you ordered and on top of that two hours late. Hire someone else

Love their wings. Alwaya have a good experience with the employees. The power when out one time and the their was a backup. The employees stayed positive, explains the situation in a positive manner, and very professional about it. I was impressed being hearing some the customer and the way the handle it. While I waited for my order.

Michelle did the absolute most, all because I wanted to go else where. It’s the principle of situations for me. To Michelle — Yes, I can ask for a refund because I want to go elsewhere. This is America! The wings here are always a hit or miss — why pay for nasty food when I can get it for free?!?!?!
