Waited a long time for a dine in order. Sandwich was fine. Fries were cold and soggy. Air conditioning dripping off the ceiling. Wet wipe they gave me smell horrible. Worst part was the ice machine that looked algae infested (see picture). Will not return.

for some reason everytime i come to this location the staff is always very rude and always rushing me. i work in the food industry myself and it’s not hard to be kind to someone or at least tell someone to have a good day if you don’t like your job go somewhere else. this location sucks with customer service and it’s really unfortunate.

Friday (6/2/2023): I walk in @ 11:10 p.m. – FIFTY minutes before close. A heavy-set light-haired woman screams @ me, “You pickin’ up online?!!!” I say, “No, I’ll order to-go.” She screams again, “We only fillin’ online orders!!!” I ask, “I’m standing right here in front of you, but you will only fill online orders?” She screams one more time . . . w/o looking @ me . . ., “We only fillin online orders!!” I briefly examine her & her additional staff of four – all black. I look over the various parties of folks in the dining room – SEATED, EATING THEIR FOOD – all black. I am plain old white. This Was An OVERTLY Racist Refusal of Service. I thought we were past this, ya’ll. Wave goodbye to my money. I eat a lot of wings. Pity.

I got a 20 piece boneless with fries. They forgot the fries as well as only gave me a 12 piece. They funny enough remembered my ketchup in the bag but not even the fries. There was absolutely no one there and mine was the only pick up order. It’s clear the workers weren’t busy just lazy. The wings were over coated in a really salty seasoning that didn’t taste like anything but pure salt. Will not be coming here ever again.

Food was good. Service was ok, wait time average considering it was a Saturday night. My problem is with the sanitation of this place. Trash on the floor and the drink area was filthy. Says on the door they follow COVID guidelines…guess that just applies to wearing masks. Employees with bare hands touching their face, then their phones, then the store phone, then people’s containers and bags, then food prep items…over and over again with no washing or sanitizer. Never saw the drink area wiped down, customer after customer touching the same sweet tea handle. They did have sanitizer available where you order/pay so I guess there’s that. Will not be going back.

Walked in late night around 10:30 pm. three gentlemen were there working. One was running around cooking orders and still trying to take his break. The other two were constantly on their phones and just ignoring our order sitting there waiting to be prepared. One guy even walked outside to smoke and blast music while leaving our food just sitting there. Still unmade. He was walking around like he didn’t have a care in the world. We had to ask for the extra ranch we had already paid for & our actual food still took longer than normal for it not to be busy.

I love this Wingstop. We have ordered from this location numerous times and every time our wings are delicious. There was an error on our order Thursday evening. I called and spoke to Logan, and immediately he wanted to make it right. I told him that we had already arrived home and was going to stop by on our way home the following day. Well, we stopped and their promise to us was fulfilled. Thank you Logan and the Wingstop team. Keep up the good work!

Don’t go at night. Wings were cold, staff was friendly enough, but there’s always a back up and nothing tastes fresh for the late night dinner crowd. You’re better off making your own for all the money and time spent.
