Placed an online order for scheduled pick up 1 hour later. On arrival I waited 15 minutes. When trying to find out how much longer was told “8 more minutes maybe”. When trying to figure out how my scheduled order pick up was so far off I got a smart remark about how long they’ve had the order in their system. Rush was handled poor by staff and poor staffing by management on what should have been anticipated as a busy day. 3:30 pick up scheduled at 2:30. Left with food at 3:55

I’ve always loved wingstop, but today it was awful. Waited over 30 minutes for my food and there was only 1 other family; employees were standing around, cussing with kids in the establishment, food was barely covered in seasoning; my boyfriends wing was cooked- but not completely, and even the fries were off… honestly very disappointed… and won’t be back at the Rome location. They truly need a whole new team..came in on 6/25/2025 it’s now 8:05 we came in around 6:45..I ate 2 of my 6 wings; which is abnormal. Every bite had tons of tendons or something in them; we debated on asking for a refund it was so bad..$42 and I can safely say, it was NOT worth it… I hate to post a bad review but- my boyfriend is a food critic

Worst dining experience in a long time. Wings we barely covered in any seasoning or sauce, waited 30 minutes just for someone to take our order at the front desk, talking to ununiformed employees had priority over taking care of customers, all drinks were flat and warm in the drink machine, all around horrible experience. We will never be returning.

Well the store was clean. We were greeted on entry then…. after ordering I went to drink Fountain and No ice told the person behind the counter they didn’t care just walked away. The wings are ok but probably won’t return.

Waited over 30 minutes still no food. They said they have no ice. and there was only 1 other family; employees were working it appeared to be. It seemed no wanted to be there. No greeting. I asked for a refund since I still didn’t have food. They said they would get the manager which took several minutes. He could not even pull out order up asked what we ordered handed us our money back no care in the world. Not we apologize we are short handed. He didn’t even help his staff and I wont be back at the Rome location. I have eaten there before no issues but never again. They truly need a hire more customer oriented people.

The last couple times we ordered online, and was given an approximate ready time of 13-18 minutes, it took over an hour for our food to be ready for pickup. Totally ridiculous! I mean, it’s wings and fries,,, how difficult could that be to be ready in less than 20 minutes???
I wish someone that knows how to run a business would take this store over and do it right! We do like the lemon pepper wings… but, I don’t know if we will be going back.

I ordered 10 piece hot wings. When I got my wings it smelled like a chemical substance. I told the manager and he insisted on replacing my wings. After smelling chemicals on my wings I honestly will never eat there again. Chemically smell is a sign a spoilage or cross contamination. If your wings smell do not eat them.

The experience I had was one of the best I’ve has in such a long time. The people where so nice and helpful. They let us sample what sauces we wanted to try and they all tasted great. The wings are the best I’ve tried and the price was reasonable as well. In short if you want great wings and great service come here.

Wingstop is nasty. I would not eat here. I was doing a dash order. Fountain drink machine was nasty. On the back panel an the red part. The lid drink area was nasty with spills trash over flowing. Nothing re stocked. The floors was sticky. An the brench was dirt or broken. Nobody’s wearing hair net but 1 person. All the long hair guys no. 5 people an nobody could answer the phone to customers. Windows was nasty too.
