Wingstop is nasty. I would not eat here. I was doing a dash order. Fountain drink machine was nasty. On the back panel an the red part. The lid drink area was nasty with spills trash over flowing. Nothing re stocked. The floors was sticky. An the brench was dirt or broken. Nobody’s wearing hair net but 1 person. All the long hair guys no. 5 people an nobody could answer the phone to customers. Windows was nasty too.

me and my girlfriend wanted to try the place because we thought it would be good. It was not, the food was very dry and didn’t have much flavor they crutch completely on the sauce which isn’t that good either by the way. we couldn’t even finish the meal we ended up getting something else.

I ordered the BBQ wings, which on the heat scale was under mild and right above garlic parm. Not hot at all, right? That is what I thought, too, but I was wrong. Their sauce is hot. It was much hotter than my mild wings I got. My mom was in for a surprise when she took a bite. Needly to say she was not happy. My mild wings were okay, but they were way over sauced.

I ordered food online for pick up.. when I got there, the cashier was too busy talking to her friend that was sitting in and eating, that she couldn’t stop to assist me. So when I finally volunteered my name to her, her friend continued talking over me and the cashier proceeded to listen to what her friend was saying while I was giving my name. So she replies with whatever name she thought she heard me say. It was just very rude and inconsiderate.. no home training at all what so ever.. very very rude that you couldn’t stop the conversation to help me for 30 seconds..

I ordered through the app and they said my order was lost. 40 min later they remade my order and threw in some extras. Nothing against this location but wing stop Corp needs to wake up. Staff was nice and food was fresh

The first time I ordered here was great. That’s it lol I have since ordered about 8 times & everytime something is wrong or missing. The one time stuff was missing I called & they offered to replace (but I live 30mins away…) so they said they would refund. Never got a refund. Had to call 6x and finally got a manager to call me back (5 weeks after I made the order). They said I had to come in for a refund or replacement, which I did. I figured since we had to go there I’d order some wings too… got home & the garlic parm wings were just plain wings with parm on them. They didn’t use the garlic butter stuff they normally do. Sucks. So I would order here again (rarely cuz its been such a mess everytime) but I HIGHLY recommend checking your order BEFORE leaving the store, every time.

We were there yesterday May 21,2022, for 2birthdays in our family. The workers were all so friendly and the manager went out of her way to be helpful and super nice. She slid tables together so we could all sit together. When get was time for birthday cake we gladly shared with what workers wanted some. Wonderful time for all. Thank you again for being so sweet to us. And the food was good too.
