Today, a group of 6 of us got takeout. After we were done eating, we all had trash. I did the respectful thing and put all the Wingstop trash in one bag so it wouldn’t take up the whole trashcan. I also had a small bag of personal car trash, which I took to the dumpster because, again, respectful.
When I went inside to throw away the Wingstop bag, the employee’s reaction was “woah woah,” and then they said, “Do y’all mind taking that out for us since y’all put your stuff in?” NO. That’s your job. You get paid to take out your own trash. I am a customer, not your employee. I get it, I’m in customer service and taking out the trash sucks, but really?
Food is good—4 stars—but service and attitude? Absolutely unacceptable. Do your job and stop expecting customers to clean up after you.
Save yourself the frustration. If you must order from here, double-check your bag before you leave. You’d be better off buying a bag of frozen wings from the grocery store and cooking them at home. At least then you’ll get what you paid for. Total waste of money and time.
Update: After driving up to the store, the manager was very accommodating and fixed our order.
