Ordered through uber eats and one set of wings was ordered all flats and the other was not because I didn’t want to pay extra for both so I was going to be okay with the mixture. Only to get my order and see that they put ALL DRUMS !! It’s an extra charge for all drums so why put all drums? Super upset about it.

Ordered through DoorDash and the sauce for three items were wrong. We ordered “Mild” and received one plain and the other two looked to be Original Hot, barely. Not to mention before we received the food, we received a message from the driver saying the store had to remake our order because someone had already taken it. In total we spent $50 and was only offered $8 back. What i will say is we’ve visited this location in store a few times and service and food has always been great. I think we’ll keep it that way from now on.

Walking in my father and I were barely greeted or acknowledged. Once we did order l, while I was asking the young lady Jayah upfront at the register a question, she didn’t even hear me because she was busy on her phone watching Tik Tok. My Dad ordered a chicken sandwich and when we got home she forgot it to charge us for it but still nodded yes. Food was decent but kind of threw off our appetite with that when we got home.

I placed an online order around 4 to be delivered by 5 PM but the doordash driver couldn’t find the store and also did not speak english so there was a lot of complications initially with getting my order so I attempted to just cancel it. I called the store to get a refund and the General Manager offered to deliver it. I really appreciated this effort and I was very happy to finally receive my food after all the initial troubles.

I was here on Saturday during the snowstorm. Brought my kids here to eat. Ordered 30 piece and two large fries. We waited atleast 25min for our food, no big deal though, as we weren’t in a rush, and they only had two employees working which was understandable given the circumstances. My issue was when we were ready to leave I asked for to go boxes to pack up my nearly $50 purchase because my children decided they only wanted to eat some of fries (smh), the girl at counter gave me two small boxes, I asked her for either an extra box or a larger one. She told me that the boxes she gave me should be enough because they both can hold a six piece. I explained that I have atleast 20 wings plus a large fry. She stated that per company policy they couldn’t give out more boxes…WTH!?! So I took one yes I walked behind the counter a took a Togo box to go. She yelled and threw a tantrum and called some manager and told on me lmao. I won’t be back at this location. She literally was ready to fight and call the police all over a Togo box. I couldn’t control my laughter. Employee told me she could lose her job
for this, as her job was already on the line. Horrible employee horrible service and the wings tasted like dish soap, like they don’t rinse and dry the utensils before using them. Either way I’ll drive to Jimmy Carter next time.
