The employees were friendly and efficient. We asked for our wings to be cooked crispy and they were not. Some of them were soft with no crisp at all. The flavors were good. The french fries were hot and delicious. One piece of a drummette was included as a full wing and that’s a shame.

I ordered a $50 large order for a sleepover for my children. The food came cold slimy and unedible but that’s not the problem the problem was the manager who refused to replace my food, and when I asked for the franchisees name they hung up the phone on me. This happened on Friday it is Monday and my situation has still not been resolved. I plan on contacting corporate I have never dealt with employees that were so disrespectful that they would hang up on a customer that had a problem. The only thing you can do for people like this is pray so I will pray for these people but I will also put action behind my words whether it be the better Business bureau, Wingstop corporate, or small claims court I will not just stand by and have my $50 taken from this store
