Always have enjoyed Wing Stop. Tonight was good food, but bad service. Did on-line order that was ready in 13 minutes…….great! Got home and no seasoned fries. Called to let them know I was returning to store, yet no one knew I was coming back. Waited for fries to cook, and when I got back home, the entire bottom of bag was oil soaked. Looked like it went from the fryer oil straight into my bag. And with very little seasoning. Ok….now I’m set. Wrong! I ordered three blue cheese dips, but got two ranch. The store wasn’t even busy, so why was the order so screwed up? The wings were delicious like I expected, but most everything else had numerous mistakes. Attention to details needs work.

Service sucks here. All the wait times are always high and they always mess up my order. I requested to cancel an online order I had just placed 2 minutes prior and they said I couldn’t cancel or get a refund so I gad to call corporate who has still not given me my refund. This is ridiculous.

Its now been over 3 months since ive last o from this location and I thought I would give it one more try and was disappointed again. I ordered half lemon pepper and half hot honey pepper wings and my wings literally looked and tasted like plain chicken wings sitting in a box of grease. There was hardly any seasoning whatsoever. This is my last time coming to this location.

We were told around 25-30 minute wait, but they were very busy and we were completely fine with waiting for fresh food! Took about 45 minutes total but we didn’t mind at all. They had orders coming and going steadily and it was game night. Great food! Great service as well, Victoria took our order and she was super sweet! Be patient yall, I promise it’s worth the wait. I tried the Cajun chicken sandwich meal and it was SLAMMING!!!!! My son had their wings and fries as usual. Always great! Staff is doing a wonderful job, it’s just a very busy location. Give them a try!

Went in a few hours ago and the young female working the register had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. She didn’t open her mouth to say a single word to me. She was very rude and acted like she had a huge problem. We all have bad days and dealing with the public can be difficult. But it doesn’t take much effort to be nice to other people. Especially when you’re representing a business.
