Had a great experience at McAlister’s Deli! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. Everything tasted just right, and the portions were satisfying without feeling over the top.
Brenden was our server and did an excellent job — friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His positive attitude really added to the visit.
Overall, a really solid meal and great service. I’ll definitely be back!

I do not recommend eating here. The ham and cheese club was like a school lunch sandwich and definitely not worth the almost 11 dollars I paid for it. The Mac and Cheese is disgusting, I wouldn’t even fed it to my dog. The baked potato was decent, that’s why I gave it 2 stars. All and all, I will never go back.

We have come to McAlister’s once or twice a month since it opened its doors. The Atmosphere and food were consistently good and worth the price for good service. Today we went for lunch and I had to send my plate back to the kitchen. I ordered the Pulled Pork Honey Nachos. I got a plate of slop dumped on nothing but broken chips and crumbs like the scrap at the bottom of the bag. What I got back was not any better.The music was loud and not suitable. We are deciding if we care to come back again

This place… This place healed me… Branden refilled my Sweet Tea, and by association, my heart. There are vegetarian options for those with dietary restrictions, and the food was delicious and delivered in a timely manner, Like, delivered to the table so fast I didn’t even have my brain cells gathered yet. That’s sit down restaurant pricing … The soup was super disappointing, it said tomato bisque on the menu- this was NOT bisque. At all. It was thin red tomato soup and tasted like a can from the grocery store. I used to own a small restaurant and we had amazing creamy tomato bisque – so this was a definite disappointment..
I’ve had soup both other times I’ve been here and they were also tasted like any ole canned soup – so I’m not sure why I tried a third time …
Also my food took over 20 minutes to get- next time I’ll probably do a sit down restaurant for the price point. Staff was nice – no complaints w anything else, I just think for $17 you better have dang good food

Appreciate Brenden the manager going the extra mile for customer service this week for our family! Our car had an issue and needed to leave it for a few days until we could come back from Texas with a new key. Food also always comes out the fastest at this location and that is so appreciated. We need more managers like Brenden and he has a great staff! Thanks again!

Edit: Yuck. The chicken on my buffalo chicken salad was cold and the texture was spongy and squeaky. Just a bad experience. My son’s chicken on his sandwich was the same way. His mac and cheese was slightly warm. Just a very subpar meal. Bleck.
No complaints! The food was great, as was the service and atmosphere. There are menus when you walk in to look at. I would definitely go here again.
