Whoever prepped takeout order #120014 on 11/14/25 must have been miserable, because this was disappointing. The mild wings were sitting in a literal bath of oil with barely any sauce. You could see the mild sauce just floating in the grease. And to make it worse, most of the wings have ton of feathers on it. Absolutely disgusting.

As soon as we walked into Wingstop, the workers were so welcoming and attentive. They gave us great service from the beginning to the end and even helped us choose our flavors since this was my first time at this location. I was excited to try something new, and they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We left really happy with the service and how comfortable we felt the entire time. Definitely coming back!

Food was delicious, but my order was quite late (ordered online – went to the store 20 minutes later – they had not even acknowledged the order). Drink machine was spitting at the user and when the staff was informed- they said they knew and it was just broken. The man in front of me was covered in lemonade from the machine spewing it on him. I stood way back and to the side to avoid the same fate. But those wings were GOOD!

Upon walking in the entire establishment was very well, kept clean and organized the cashier (in training) I believe her name is Terry, such a lovely lady who was very patient and professional in the whole ordering process. Everything was great, however it did not seem greasy. The wings almost tasted as if that had been precooked hours earlier, and the fried corn was almost cooked dry. That was disappointing considering the cost of this place. All things considered, the flavors were good.

They are extremely slow even when theres only a few people in the restaurant. I understand they make the food fresh but when I walked in there were two people up front and it seemed like neither of them wanted to take my order. None of them seem very friendly. I just wish people would step it up a notch or two with customer service. The food is good which is the only reason I have returned.
