I had a good experience here, but there were definitely some things that stood out that I chalk up to this place having just opened. I will definitely come back here a second time if nothing else but that.
My experience though was entirely pleasant! I do love me some chicken wings, and this place has a pretty varied selection of various wing sauces, and they even have Buffalo Ranch Fries!
According to the cashier that rang me up, I was the first ever person to order the Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie from this location; how sweet is that!?
But if there’s one thing I do need to bring up, I think my wings may have been a tad lukewarm, and the fries may have been ever so slightly soggy just from having been inside their steam-filled container for too long. This, however, was not a hindrance to my overall experience, and my food still tasted fine. Again, I just chalked that up to the fact that I had to wait a long time because this place had just opened, so on future visits, I am confident that this won’t be an issue, and I’m more than willing to return.

I placed an online order Monday night got home food was hard cold and overcooked & under sauced after paying and outrageous price I completed the survey didn’t hear anything for any management it’s going on Friday. But that’s not the worst part since my visit around the same time each night I’ve received a phone call from Wingstop once I answer they hang up so tonight I decided to call back once I got an answer and employee name Lakita ( 10/10 probably spelling her name wrong) cursed me out before I could even acknowledge the reason I called better yet to greet her I have never been spoken to like that it was terrible, the experience was very disappointing & I feel as if the situation was handled very poorly.
Throughout my time as a general manager, I have never faced a situation like this

I placed an order to be picked up at a much later time. When I arrived I, and about 12 others, had to wait at least 15 before one of the two workers acknowledged us. There were about 8 greasy bags waiting for pickup. My bag was in the back indicating that it was filled much earlier. The clerk snatched off the order form that was stapled to the bag. When I got home the fries were cold and hard. Half of my wings had white patches which do not look safe to consume.

Went for dinner after working a long shift. I anticipated my arrival time off and my fries were not as fresh as I want to have not fault to Wingstop but poor planning on my behalf. I was going to purchase 2 more orders but they instead made fresh fries at no charge to me. Chicken was flavorful. One of my best visits there since opening. Whatever you are doing keep it up

I’m not sure if this is a trend with Wingstop here in Aberdeen but why is this the second time I’ve received wings from this place on DoorDash sitting in a puddle of grease? ♂️ this tends to only happen at night and this will be the last time I order wings from this place on DoorDash.

I went into wing stop ,and the cashier gave me the wrong change ,and I gave him my credit card , because I didn’t have any more cash. He recharge me on my card even though I gave him cash.I asked to speak with management,and the manager looked at what he did gave me the difference he put on my card. He also for the inconvenience gave me extra wings,and a couple of Brownies.
This happened in March I like the New management is much better then previous
management..I will be taken my family back to wing stop . Management has definitely improved great job Wing stop

We waited one hour and 15 minutes for 12 wings and fries. There were over 10 Doordash people there that waited over an hour for their orders for customers. There were about 40 people standing in the lobby that had waits. Some longer than ours. There were only 4 people working. Some woman with a very poor attitude and the rest did not care one bit. Many were asking for their money back and they refused to give them their money back. I asked for a refund and they told me that my order was next and it would be 3 minutes. It was 15 before they then told me they were boxing it up. The bag was covered in oil. The wings were not good. Unless there is better management and service, this store will never make it. There were so many angry people in the lobby. We will NOT be returning to this location. Very disappointing. $30 for 12 wings and fries. This store lacks much. As we were leaving there wasn’t even a trash can to discard our trash. We had to carry it outside and use the trash can for the shopping center on the sidewalk. My daughter said that there was a ton of food garbage in the restrooms running out into the floor. It was not clean.

Went at a random time on a Tuesday, placed my order on the app. Took a little bit for it to be done, but still was very good. I had a wonderful time in the bathroom. Manager also gave me a free drink. Will be returning

Ordered food at 9pm, 930pm pickup. Arrived but food wasnt ready, waited another 15-20 minutes. Drove back to the hotel, realize i was given the wrong order. Drove back, tried to just refund the meal because i didn’t want to wait. Told how hard it would be to get refunded, staff said they could have done quickly. Get my order, wings floating in grease, fries cold. Spent 12 hours of the next day violently throwing up & so sick i could barely move. Dont eat here.

Came to Wingstop here in Aberdeen. The staff was super sweet and amazing! I made my order online through the app and I didn’t go through. The kind lady at the counter fixed the whole problem with making the order right then and there (even though online order didn’t go through). She’s very thoughtful and a situation right even though it wasn’t her fault!
