Their Poke Bowl is , and that other dish is on a special day special Tuna Tartar is a must try if you get lucky and catch them on the menu.
Service is awesome and the owners are also great people. Menu looks great once in a while they have specials thats what I always look for. Hidden spot inside the Old Lansing City Market. Now it’s called Lansing Shuffle.
Lala Fish new added item The Fish and Chip is amazing. 2 pretty big size Fish with fries.
It’s not like other Fish and chips where you get small strips and its mostly battered your eating. This Fish that Lala has good meat where you bite into it your actually getting the fish and not just the fried battered. Highly recommended with worth it.

Fish tacos were great! Fish was fried perfectly and the sauce was awesome. Didn’t have a weird over-the-top taste that typically ruins fish tacos.

My friend (who is of African decent) dropped her sushi, and when she asked the worker to provide a replacement, kindly, he then said “in this country we don’t do that” (most likely racial profiled) and asked her to say why she deserves new sushi. They also had me wait to take my order and then said they weren’t taking orders anymore after I was waiting for 15 mins on an earlier experience.

The location is overall a nice place to hang out with friends and family but the food is somewhat disappointing. I’ve never experienced any place offering takoyaki to do so by having frozen pre-made ones they deep fry to order. Unfortunately this shows in the taste, as the octopus is very rubbery and overall somewhat disappointing. I havent tried any of their other food, so I can only hope that this is the only frozen premade item they offer.
