I hate leaving bad reviews but as someone who works in the food industry what I was served tonight was completely irresponsible and wrong. They are serving people spoiled carrots! I opened up my container and the carrots were wet, slimy, and rubbery. After waiting almost 30 min for my food (which I can understand somewhat because online orders can get crazy) I was literally shocked that they served me SPOILED carrots and thought that was ok. I hope y’all don’t feed yourselves or your families spoiled food.

Just had an amazing experience at this location thanks to the manager on duty Larry! I drive for UBEReats and took a late night order from this location. When I arrived they had already been closed for 20 minutes and were cleaning for the night. I was informed that another driver had picked up the food and apparently stolen it instead of delivering. Larry went above and beyond to remake the order for this customer and I cannot thank him enough!!! Thank you Larry for your amazing service!!

Extremely poor experience where I had to wait 2 HOURS for my food, that was marked as “ready ” the food in question simply being a single wing box.

The service was unbelievable slow, even though they weren’t busy AT ALL I had to yell to people just standing behind the counter on their phone after around 20 mins of standing there

The atmosphere was equally terrible with a strange sewage like stench permeating in the air.

Would not recommend you order or cater from this wingstop

I usually order from here. i’ve gotten food poisoning twice. so usually try to avoid this location but i came in the other day to just get fries & The smell is outrageous! smells just like old spoiled chicken. didn’t even order just went to another location & the customer service is awful they don’t acknowledge you or seem interested in their jobs.

Came inside to order, the lady’s back was facing the register and she was on her phone. I was acknowledged after 2 mins. When she saw me she just said “what”. I ignored that fact that she was being rude and tries ordering politely. She cut me off as I was starting to order to call another employee to take my order. When I was done ordering he was playing on the computer for a little bit and then I had to repeat my order. I was wanting to pay with cash, so the guy had to call the rude lady over again to handle the cash. She yelled at him from across the kitchen “no cash card only”. Ended up paying with my card, 5 mins in and they still not working on my order (IT IS COMPLETELY EMPTY IN HERE) They need a whole new set of crew. I work in the food industry and have never treated anyone like how these employees treated me. But you know what? It’s my fault for not checking reviews. I been to different Wingstops a couple of times but this location sucks.

I made my first AND last order from this place on Christmas Eve. I made the order online at 11am for pick up at 5pm. I got there at 5:30pm just to allow them more time bc I assumed it would be busy due to it being Christmas Eve. When I got there they told me and everyone else in the lobby that all orders will not be ready for another 30-45mins. Remind you I made my online order at 11:00AM. I told the associate I would be back so when I got back the order was ready, but as she was calling out my order I told her it was incorrect I ordered 75 bone in and not boneless wings. Once I pulled my online receipt up it did say boneless so that was “my” mistake which I understood. So I asked how could it be corrected? I was told it was NOTHING they can do bc it was my
mistake. I told them I was willing to pay the difference in cost and come back to pick them up and was still told they couldn’t help me. I asked for a manager and was told there was no manager on duty. And that may have been true bc all the associates were acting very lack luster, moving in slow motion, and the place smelled like a rotten egg(sewer issue maybe??). I attempted to call corporate of course they were closed. At that point I realized I was just stuck with 75 boneless wings . Before I left with them I noticed there was only ONE ranch in the bag and I asked the associate could I get more. She told me that if you don’t order a meal and just wings only you have to pay $1.50 for each cup of ranch. Help me to understand how I ordered 75 wings, payed $93, and I have to pay for ranch?? This is RIDICULOUS!! The only reason I ordered from here is bc a few of my family members requested it. I ordered wings for “myself” from Flying Buffalo as I normally do. For future if y’all want the best wings locally, that are ready when they are supposed to be, has great customer service if you make a “mistake” ordering, AND comes with ranch dressing that you don’t have to pay extra for try them out I promise you won’t be disappointed. Do better wing stop!!

I will never order from this place again.I receive a incomplete order and one contact is fake. I called The restaurant number and all I got was a recorded message saying that they are busy and to call back later. So im setting here with incomplete order and have no way of getting it corrected. But they got their money. I sure at some point I can get a refund but if I wanted the money I would not have placed the order. They do not deserve a rating.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this establishment. Upon entry I showed I had a pick up order and was rudely told to wait. Waited 15 mins while the employees continued to bag orders, let the order rack build up and customers pile in. Mind you, my order was stated to be ready 15 mins before I even got there. One of the employees finally gets up to help I tell him my order and he blew me off saying it’s coming and assisted ppl who came in after. Another employee finally came to help and wouldn’t you know my order was sitting there the whole time 🙂 will absolutely never order from here again. The staff is rude beyond belief and my food is cold.

Like another customer said I would give it zero stars if I could. It smells disgusting in there and has now for a couple of weeks. The food is never done when it says it is, it’s almost always lukewarm except the fries. And last but absolutely not least the employees are so rude and always have a bad attitude. Someone should really do something about this establishment.

this shit was nasty. me and my sisters ordered 10. Traditional wings and I ordered tenders. they were gross and tasted like popcorn, butter and and the servers was astronomically horrible and very disappointing. The man taking our order was really rude. and we felt like it was because of our skin color
