Food is always good. For some reason I ordered 20 wings and got 17 only. Corn was supposed to have extra seasoning and had none. 1 x cheese for cheese fries was missing.
Was a take out order. Haven’t called yet but will today. Sounds like 50% off my next visit to me?

Normally I wouldn’t have left a review but I would hate for me to have had such a positive experience and not post a review about it when there only seems to be negative reviews currently.
As for my experience:
I ordered delivery to which it said it was gooing to be about 55 mins until it was delivered. After about 10 mins I got a text telling my order would be here in 15 mins, so right off the bat my wait time was more than cut in half.
I left instructions for them to ring my doorbell and leave the food at the door, to which they did both.
Upon grabbing my food, the bag was sealed with a sticker which is always nice. Opening the bag revealed my food was nicely packed, from fries to the sauces.
I opended up both boxes and the right flavors were paired with each other and also separated by the paper as to not touch which was nice.
My order was exactly correct and everything was still hot. Everything was absolutely delicious as well.
I really don’t want this review to seem ingenuine due to it countering the negative reviews but my experience truly was great.

7/27/26 I reached out to support vie the website as they requested me to do to explain details further about my incident, but I never got any response. Clearly this is the company standard
7/25/26 What does a customer have to do other than just walk into the store to actually be acknowledged? I walked in at 10:00, nobody in line, walked right up to the counter and stood there until I just eventually left.
Two employees just stood there in front of me, one fiddling around with the computer and the other who had just walked up after seeing me come in, just standing there watching him. Not even talking to each other, he didn’t ask the other guy for help, they’re just standing there doing whatever they do. Both of them saw me come in.
I’m the type to read the room when I go to a restaurant because I understand what it means to be behind the counter. I don’t just walk in demanding anything or asking anything.. I wait to be acknowledged, I wait my turn, I honor the service industry and the fact that I want someone to make my food respectfully.
“So y’all are just not gonna to say anything?..” were the only words that I uttered and just left. “Hi, one moment” ANYTHING just say something! If I see you so intently focused on messing around your computer I’m assuming that you’re doing something important and I need to wait, but I don’t know that because nobody is communicating.
I didn’t even need a “welcome” cause I know how redundant that can be and some people just don’t have customery character baked in. But even so if that’s the case, I definitely don’t want that around my food or to be the reflection of any company that has any respect for itself.
I felt dismissed and low-key disrespected. I will never be going to this store again.

Osorio conducted himself very professionally and kind. He personally came to our table and gave us some missing veggie sticks from our order. Very well spoken and respectful worker. He deserves the position he has as a manger and needs to be given a raise! We had a great experience with the service and the food! We’ll definitely be coming back if we’re ever around.

One of the nicer Legacy Wings locations! This location is clean and looks newer than some of their other locations. The food and service have been great here so far. Only reason I didn’t give this location 5 stars is the soda machine seemed off. Our Sprite and Coke Zero both tasted flat.
