Don’t be fooled, this place pads their ratings. I waited over 30 minutes for an order I had placed online an hour and a half prior. I even showed up 30 minutes after the “ready by” time anticipating they might be delayed. While I was waiting, with several others, they started telling us that they would give us free fries if we went online and left a good rating. Most of the people (including me) took the bait, well he’s my review. Let me tell you those fries were terrible, the oil must have been very old. I threw them away.

ii saw a negative post on social media about this particular WingStop having a bunch of “YN’s”(young ‘n’ words) working here & ii personally wanna say that ii commend the hiring manager for employing these young people so they can get a sense of responsibility & to see how good it feels to earn their own money…ii would rather see them at work then on the streets in a bunch of mess that’s easy to get into but hard to get out of…ii don’t like the stereotypes because my wife & myself have 5 sons & 2 daughters from ages 25 to 9 who ii would hate for someone to judge or mistreat because of the way they look,..my family & myself eat here often & we GrubHub as well & every time we come here they(the young employees) are very mannerable, respectful & punctual…keep up the great work kids…

I had an amazing experience thanks to Miai in customer service! She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely cares about making customers happy, but Miai definitely does. Wingstop is lucky to have her on the team—I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service she provided

This has to be the sixth it seventh time out of ten where I’ve placed an online order and something was missing. You try to call the store and you get an auto message saying,”Thanks for calling. We’re on the phone helping other customers. Call back later. Goodbye.” Doordash can’t help because you didn’t order through them. Food is good if you get lucky enough to get what you ordered. Just hard to believe that you can miss 2 and 3 sides, multiple times, and there’s nothing you can do to get it resolved.

Food is hot and fresh but they put too much lemon on the lemon pepper wings… damn near locked my jaw up. The corn is tasty and different… but again make sure you tell them to eaze up on the seasoning. But then again sometimes they are too light. personal preference i suppose. The place is always clean when i order and that is alot. Just check your food before leaving because service really depends on who is serving you. The morning staff is usually more thorough.

Being that iwork at a chicken place these wings were mediocre. They weren’t the best nor the worst. Wing stop used to be one of my favorites but just didn’t hit my top 5. We ordered the garlic parm, bbq, and something else. The garlic parm at wing stop used to be my favorite but I guess it didn’t have enough parm on it. Service wasn’t that great.

Just want to say they need to stop hiring young’s kids if they don’t know basic etiquette. You greet customers when they walk in, not be on your phone or have headphones in. Worker eating fries, as I’m sitting down worker comes over and sweeps near my feet and then moves to where I move next and do the same thing. My food is either over cooked or stale. My fries are the only thing that fresh.

First, food was fresh, customer service was amazing. Although, the accuracy of my order is incorrect. I ordered half boneless and half traditional mix n match. I received both traditional. Unfortunately they’re already closed so I can not return to the store today. Amazing location but the accuracy of your order may not be correct due to them rushing.

I came here on 12/17/20 at lunch time. I ordered online with my co worker and we picked it up. Staff were friendly and wearing a mask. Masks are required. Their dining room area is not open at this time. They do have hand sanitizer by the register. You are allowed to get your own beverage from the drink machine. My wings were nice and crispy. I got garlic Parmesan (dry rub) and lemon pepper (dry rub). I like the lemon pepper better, however. I got celery at my side instead of fries. I got a cheese sauce to dip and it was good. The 8 wing lunch combo was like $10. It wasn’t bad at all and came with a drink. I will definitely be back. They have 60 cent wings on Monday and Tuesdays, per their website. I now know to go on those days. My friend/co worker got a roll, in which staff said they make daily. My friend stated that it was really good and she enjoys bread.

Miai was very nice a respectful. She had excellent customer service skills. She was very helpful to all the customers and even the employees. She did not crack under pressure even when a customer was very rude to her. Way to go!!!!Her patience speaks volumes.
