They fry the corn dogs along with the order. The sampler menu, which includes 4 corn dogs and 2 french fries, is priced at $19.99, making it economical. It’s great for kids’ snacks or a light meal. However, the downside is that with the rising labor costs, having one person handle both the ordering and cooking means longer waits.

Tried this place for the vary the first time, and it was decent. I was expecting the corn dogs to be more flavorful, but u can taste the batter than the weenie. I did enjoy the lemonade and the fries. Have to try other things on the menu next time.

They have some of the best fresh corn dogs that you can find. The only places that have better tasting is at a county fair or Disneyland . Also their lemonades are so refreshing you have to get some when you go. I wish they still had one where I live. These are the best

Upon ordering my first impressions were that these were corn dogs similar to that of the ‘viral’ Korean corn dogs but these are nothing like those. Granted these don’t claim to be like them, however, prices pictures and the lines around the establishment would lead you to believe otherwise. The order came out to 16$ for 3 corn dogs, I thought I was getting a steal. 3 corn dogs for that price (thinking they were far bigger) hell yeah. Anyways, I get the food after about 7 minutes (Not bad for a wait time) and to my surprise they are school cafeteria looking hotdogs that are about maybe 4 inches in length each. One would think maybe for the price or quality that they would be good but nope, very painfully average. There’s better options at almost any other restaurant in the food court. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Came here as part of the last day of our California trip this summer. One son wanted a different lunch option so came here to get lunch for my other son. Was greeted by an absolutely stunning woman with a smile that should be in magazines. She was fantastic, and did all of the work herself, from cooking to serving and beverages. Impressive. Oil in fryers for corndog and fries was so fresh it had to have been changed that day. My son loved his meal, and the strawberry lemonade was delicious.

From an industry professional for 20+ years I can recognize talent. Whoever she was she needs to be the standard for how your chain operates.

When I got there the employee seemed to be cleaning the equipment while speaking to someone although nobody was there, I called his attention after about 30 seconds and placed my order: 2corn dogs and 1fries. Shortly after a family of 3 arrived and placed their order and we all waited. At 1:37 I finally received my order, I know this because I was a little dissapointed by the wait and decided to check the receipt and my watch at 1:35. It says I placed my order April 8th 2024 at 1:20pm and was served by Alexis. Not only did I receive a fast food order in 17min. But I didn’t even get my fries which he forgot to put in the order. I didn’t say a word the whole time, but judging by the pile of corn dogs, my initial order was thrown out. I wanna specifiy that both me and the customers after us noticed that the employee was playing videogames on his phone because he left it on the counter with the game going. You need to stop employing people that don’t deserve a job, such employees bring down the quality and reputation of your business and quite frankly I am tired of the attitude most young employees have. Nobody should be entitled to a job, you need to earn your pay.

They have tue worse customer service. One issue is on the website it says they open at 11:00am but when i asked the person working right now she said they open at 11:30, which is odd. Then based on my experience I gave the cashier 20 and the exact change for my order but yet the cashier still gives me change for the $20. not counting the change I initially gave her. so she would have to give me back $7. Then when I try to put it to her attention, she gave me an attitude then eventually her supervisor asked her to give me my $1 to me.
Then when the food is served to me. there are no napkins included and they just don’t smile or say thank you to u. most people there are very mean and give u attitudes. very unfriendly

Disgusting workspace and the worst customer service of all time. Employees don’t wash their hands after handling money, very rarely wear any gloves (only when handling raw ingredients and food), never wash their hands when entering the workplace, have their hair falling out of their hair nets, touch everything with their bare hands, spray chemicals directly on surfaces that touch the foods (on and around the ice bins), carelessly clean their cooking equipment, have disgustingly overpriced foods, and almost NEVER replace the frying oil. If you ever receive small crunchy bits on your hot dog, that’s because of the dough that comes up to the surface after burning in the bottom of the fryer for days. The FDA should not allow this place to be functioning under the HDOS chain, their way of functioning is beyond unsanitary and it’s a disgrace to the image that Hot Dog on a Stick is supposed to deliver. Cleanliness is like a joke at this place! The managers are very inconsiderate to any customer that does anything but cooperate with the orders given. The young employees are lazy with their jobs and slack off easily if there is no manager on duty, usually at night. They foolishly overwork their underaged employees and they all participate in drug and nicotine usage inside the store.

This was my last visit to the hot dog on the stick at Glendale galleria, the service I received was unbelievable and unnecessary for the customer to go back. Camilla was taking my drink order and didn’t seem to be happy to do that, when she gave me my change, she held her hand high and dropped it on mine. I wouldn’t do that and therefore wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to that drink stop because there are other stops people can make instead!!!!!
