FIRE THIS GUY.
He was being racist, aggressive, arrogant, mischievous, loud and making fun of me.
If the manager does not take action against this guy, I would kindly ask the owners to fire both the manager, who already has multiple complaints from other customers, and this guy as well.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a restaurant in the US. I worked in restaurants myself and if we ever treated any of our customers like that they would have fired us immediately so I please want to get the attention of the owners so they know what’s happening in their business.
I will never even step foot in this restaurant even if I am offered a million dollars after the behaviour I have seen from this guy please again I am repeating FIRE THIS GUY you don’t need or deserve an employee like this in your workplace, there are a lot of qualified people looking for jobs so please hire them.

Very unprofessional general manager.
I ordered my food online to come pick up. When I got home my wings tasted burnt but did not look burnt. Prop from old oil. I wasnt happy with the order. I called to talk to person in charge. Eli picked up and we had text exchange. I asked him if he wants me to bring the wings back, he said it’s fine. He told me he would put it in and they would do my refund next morning. I called back the morning, talked to someone else and she said she would let the manager know. It has been almost 3 weeks. I called 2 days ago, the general manager told me she would call me back in an hour after she talked to her people. I didnt hear anything. I called back today and she was very rude and unprofessional. She told me the food did not look burn, and that she trained her people to tell the customers to bring back food. She then told me I told her something else when i talk to her 2 days ago and that all calls are being recorded. I told her then that did I said. She couldnt say. Then hang up on me. I feel very frustrated and angry with the way they handled the situation. The manager was unprofessional and rude. I have been waiting for almost a month for my refund and this is what i get.

Order here if you have 0 expectations on whether your order may or may not get to you. Whether you order online or in-store I thought I was going crazy when I realized my online order which I placed 10 mins before driving to the spot took additional 45 minutes…
Don’t know what happened here but it’s lost it way safer to do Bdubs or Americas Best up the street.

I’ve never wanted to slap fire out of a person more than I did the “manager” of this wingstop. Rude, unprofessional, loud and WRONG. The group of guys that work here are actually hard working and pleasant, I love to see them each time I go in. But this particular time, the “manager”, when confronted about “her” rudeness over the phone, double downed and got irate. MR. Ma’am got loud and indignant and seriously tempted me to return with the same energy, but I digress. Do better, answer the phone and help people. Do your JOB!!!

Waiting 30 min for my order was crazy only for 6 wings & fries. Wings were sloppy, workers prepping with no gloves and coming to the cash register without washing hands. Very phenomenal service and manager was even worst. Someone shoule call health inspection about the no washing hands & wearing gloves.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered for delivery from this store via uber & have had a bad experience. Please beware the so called manager that refuses to give his name does not care about customer service especially if u are ordering through a 3rd party app. My uber driver went to the store today to pick up my order because the store said it was ready. I noticed he had been at the store for like 15mins already so I contacted him & he said they forgot half your order & are making it. He said I’m getting it taken care of because when he was there he realized my bag was very light so asked to check to verify everything was there & it was not half my order was missing. Because of this my order that was ready had been sitting there getting cold for 30mins. You would think the restaurant would just remake the order because of this but they don’t care cus it’s uber. So by the time it got to me that part of the order was freezing. I was very upset & tried to report it to uber & was unable to get a refund for that portion of the order. So I called the store to speak with the manager to tell him my issue & he says very rudely “what do u want me to do about it take it up with uber” I told him I already I tried but no luck. He sad ok again nothing I can do & tried to blame the driver for it being cold. I said no I could see his location was at your store for 30 mins. He was very rude yelling at me talking over me being very aggressive & would not let me speak so I asked what his name was as the manager to tell corporate but he refused to tell me. Any other good restaurant manager would have been polite on the phone & offered to remake the cold food since the restaurant was in the wrong & I told him if his employees knew they messed up & half my order is just sitting there getting cold the LEAST they could’ve done was remake the entire order or throw in some extra food but instead he refused to be of any help what so ever. Hopefully the owner of this location hires a new manager that actually knows how to run a restaurant because looks like everyone else in the comments are having the same exact problems. I love wingstop & this is the closest location to me but I now have to drive further to go to another location.

Ordered the sandwich Cajun meal online on the app today. This is what I get like be for real, I did not touch nothing there I opened it and this is was I saw? They didn’t even put enough Cajun sauce or nothing. I’m so mad because this is the first time I have to do this for this exact wingstop. I don’t know what’s wrong with some of the workers because some of them they be doing better. See the difference between when I order in person and online. Ordered 24 wings …. received 13 in our “sealed” to go bag. Not a grain of salt on the fries either. Thanks for half a meal Wingstop after waiting 30+ min.

Only ordered fries, waited for 15 minutes for them. they made them in old grease and the fries were soggy and barely had seasoning. The restaurant was empty and it was 3:00 in the afternoon which is peculiar for a chain restaurant in the middle of the day ON A WEEKEND. Lmao but I digress, the employees were merely standing around when I walked into this establishment which was a reflection of the food I had today. POOR!!! 0 work ethic it seems and the food gave that today. Do better..they need new management clearly
