The food is great here. Pizza is delicious. Their pastas are amazing. I’m giving them 3 stars because the service was not great. Otherwise they would definitely be a 4 star all the way because their pizza and sandwiches are great.
We usually order because we are around the corner. But yesterday we ordered clam chowder and steak chili.
1) they send us potatoe chowder instead of clam chowder.
2) both potatoe and chili were cold. They just send us the closed container that they usually give them in. We had to heat it up at our house. (Which took about 10 more minutes and everyone else was half way done with their food by the time us 2 had heated our chowder and chili). Makes “take-out” useless. I could have just open a can of chili and heat it up.

I was a regular customer over 5 years ago. The food was always good. The service could be better. I moved away but recently moved back to the area. Decided to try it again. The service is terrible. The young man behind the counter just stared at me, very seriously. Like I did something to him. Never welcomed me or anything. Never asked me what I wanted. Just stared in space. As I placed my order, he never once changed his expression. Never said thank you or acknowledge anything. Very rude and poor business practice. There’s plenty of other places to get pizza, subs etc. Will never return. I guess I should’ve reviewed the place and would have seen similar reviews. That’s bad on my part.

Foods great. Staff lacks personality but otherwise they’re very attentive. Place is neat and very clean. Love Nick’s Place!!!! Highly recommend.

I hadn’t been here in 7 years and completely forgot how amazing the pizzas are definitely a 5/5! They even went above and beyond by adding corn, which wasn’t listed as an option on the app. Great service and delicious food!

I just recently went to the place, the guy working there was very nice and pleasing i really like his customer service . He was very responsive and nice with the customer and i think he had eagle on his neck and the guy was skinny with fair skin tone and one thing i really liked about the place the pizza was really fresh and well done like i said . Must visit place everyone should go there .

They have fast service and great employees. We got cheeseburger sub, Italian sub, fries and Greek salad with chicken. Everything was really good. Salad had so much chicken. Fries were crispy. Cheeseburger had a perfect amount of beef and Italian had a perfect amount of cold cuts

Made an order for $200 for a noon delivery, I call at 12:30 pm to see where my food was (employees start lunch at noon) and the guy on the phone was trying to tell me that even though I placed the order at 10 am they did not get/see the order until 30 minutes before noon and was trying to tell me that it’s our fault we ordered online and that we should call instead. I tipped the drive $24 and now still NO FOOD! I will not be calling or ordering. By the way, I ordered 3 weeks ago BY PHONE and food was 20 minutes late

Will sell you a gift card without disclosing it will only work at that specific location. Overpriced. And crappy customer service. Food isn’t good. Refused a refund knowing I had to drive a hour plus to get and eat the food. Just shows how hard the times are for failing small businesses like this one. Would be 0 stars if I could. Never going back.
