It’s been a while since I ordered from wingstop. I must say the service was good bc they had my order exactly on time and the service was very nice. Wings was also very tasty/crispy. I would come back here again when we’re in the mood for wings again

My husband and I came in to order on a Sunday afternoon. There were only two active orders on the order status screen at the front, so they did not seem busy at all. There were only two employees working, both looked at us multiple times, did not greet us at all, and waited 5 minutes to take our order. One came to take our order and stopped me mid order saying she wasn’t logged into the POS system, she then went back to what she was doing and the other girl finally decided to help. Meanwhile they are blasting music so loud it covers and clashes with the regular radio music at the front of the store. Right now we are listening to Kacey Musgraves on one speaker and Doja Cat on the other much louder one. We have yet to have a bad quality experience with the food at this location, but the customer service could definitely be improved upon.

I had a great experience at this Wingstop. The store was very clean and well organized, which made it feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere was welcoming and calm, and the staff kept everything looking neat and taken care of. It’s a nice place to come in, enjoy your food, and feel relaxed. this location is open from morning to midnight. they offer 12 flavors of your choice for your wings. they have several different fry options, including loaded fries & seasoned fries. i ordered mild boneless wings on their own & it only took less than 5 minutes. the wings itself were tasty & sauced well. the service was speedy & the cashier was throughly communicating with me & the kitchen staff to ensure orders were being served accurately. the ambiance of the store was good, music was good and at a good volume. the store was clean & the bathroom was also clean. note that this is a to-go location only.

We ordered take out and unfortunately it was about thirty minutes longer than what was quoted. When we arrived we found multiple others waiting for their delayed orders. After receiving our food we checked our bag and saw missing items, and the gentleman next to us also stated he was missing things. Maybe an off night but I wasn’t impressed by their service or how they interacted with customers either.

I have been a Wingstop customer for many years and was excited this locaiton opened closer to home. I have been going to this location since it opened and quality has been good. Lately they got my order wrong and every time the chicken has barely any sauce or they give me old cold wings. Every time this happened I brought it to their attention but their response is to give a free coupon for 5 wings free. Those coupons don’t work when I tried to redeem it. I walked into the location today and spoke with the manager on duty and explained the whole situation. She acted surprised and concerned. When it came time to make things right, her response was “there was nothing I can do”. I’m very disappointed on the how the new staff and how the manager handled my complaint.

Went to Wingstop around 4-5pm, I had ordered 3 10 pcs combo and a side order of fries. I was very nice and said please and thank you and working in the hospitality industry myself, I understand it can be difficult helping customers. So I tried to be understanding but the young lady giving me my order was very rude after I asked her to repeat herself due to the loud music and noises in the background.
I have been to this location before and there was a long wait time and they ended up messing my order by giving me all Korean seasoned wings when I asked them originally for half mild and half Korean. I wanted to give this location another chance. I love Wingstop and I go all the time with my friends.
When we got our food, I was not satisfied at all. There was A LOT of oil in our wings and the way the workers packaged my wings left oil leaking at the bottom. I didn’t realize till I left and there was oil all over my seats in my car. I spent $57.73, what a waste of money. The fries were absolutely horrible. They were black and old, fryer oil definitely needed to be changed. The fries were soggy and full of oil. Will definitely not be returning to this location ever again!

I’ll probably never order Wingstop again. I’m writing this review to remind myself so that I don’t. Ordered delivery and the wings were ok, but almost every one of the boneless wings had cartilage, and they were just soggy and not good. Then the cheese fries were the worse I ever had. No seasoning on the fries or the cheese just complete soggy and tasteless because they didn’t think to put the cheese on the side like duh. Still would have been bad. Best thing was the corn. An $80 order on DoorDash. What a waste.
