Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with one of your employees. I work with deliveries and know that every Starbucks can have a different process—sometimes there’s a shelf where we can simply pick up the order and leave. At this location, instead of kindly offering assistance, the employee chose to be rude in front of others. A little kindness and guidance would have made a big difference.

So, at kroger’s marketplace , they hired a new person & I understand the situation, but this new guy had NO clue what he was doing ! I was getting so upset that the guy made a mess with my frappe & got my order all messed up. He also flipped my frappe into another cup & made a mess, too. He should have made me another one & started over, ugh !! My sister told me to call them & get a refund, but if I called them, it was going to be the guy that was there making coffee & stuff. He was the ONLY ONE THERE UGH!! I understand ppl need jobs, but they need to train them better at everything. The guy seems nice, but if you hire them, make sure they are doing their job right before you know they are ready on their own.

I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order when the app said it was done. The barista was moving slow as Christmas. There were several other people waiting she stopped in the middle of making my drinks to blow her nose for five minutes.

Everything was fine but the manager was talking pretty aggressive abrasive and disrespectful to the employees “teaching” them how to make the drinks if you could call it that. It was more like just criticizing them endlessly and rudely. Don’t like to see that. Even if she was doing that behind closed doors and not in front of customers, there’s a right and wrong way to teach somebody. Can be done with positive statements it doesn’t have to be just berating people. Nobody likes to be treated like that

Outside, I met a man named John who allowed me to not only approach his Tesla CyberTruck, but he invited me to sit inside of it. Once inside, a really dang cute barista made sure I got my coffee. Water is excellent and double osmosised. I wrote some of my novelette here. Such wholesome memories :O
10/10 would recommend.

The employees were friendly and greeted with a smile. My concern is hair and hand hygiene. Before preparing my food order the female did not wash her hands. The male employee wiped his nose with his bare hands 3 times while preparing my drink and played with his hair. It is important to be aware and stay aware of cleanliness especially now

I don’t do Starbucks! Just because I go into Kroger doesn’t mean I go to Starbucks. The CEO of Starbucks said several years ago that he doesn’t want “conservative Christians” business, so I don’t give them my business!
I wish Kroger would stop putting them in the stores! Why not use a LOCALLY OWNED COFFEE SHOP instead?

Superb coffee and flavoring. Sometimes I think it’s worth it to go to a Starbucks inside a Kroger for the best coffee. I might be a tad biased because I get the best Chai Tea Latte inside a Kroger Starbucks store. The regular Starbucks stores could not replicate the ingredients. There was love in those cups I tell you.
