BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!! I visited a bit earlier today with a party of 9. We were still waiting for 3 of our friends and wanted to place the order. Only 2 of us were going to order cause they have everything ready. I kindly ask a staff member that we were 9 on site and we were still waiting for 3 more friends. If we could move the tables and chairs so we could all sit together. She said yes, we even said that we were going to place the tables and chairs back the way we found it. So, while 2 of us were ordering the rest 7 were going to be fixing it ve chairs and tables.

Food is always good but this location sometimes has a hard time following instructions whether placed online or by phone. Today i decided to try the new chicken sandwich. I ordered it in Hot Honey (definitely my top 2 flavor. Please keep it on the menu) and when I say FLAVORFUL!!! BABY!!! Chicken was fresh and juicy. I asked for it well done. Will be ordering again soon to try other flavors

Visited the Germantown location of Germantown rd. I had purchased the same favored wings from the flower hill location that day and they were great. I put in my order at about 30 minutes to closing and to my surprise it was ready in 3 minutes. I was suspicious because that was too quick. To my surprise the wings were leftover or discarded wings that they may have thrown back in oil and give to me. The staff was a bunch of teenagers and all kinda had a grin on their faces. I started my order smiling and making joke because it was the end of the day and thought they may need a little laugh. Well, they definitely took advantage of my jolly personality and took things to the next level. The wings I ordered had no flavor, smells like they poured old grease on them, burnt and cold. Who know what else they did. This was the worse experience and I cannot trust my ordering from this place. I plan on taking this to the cooperate office. My stomach was upset the next day from just eating one. See my pics in this post.

Scam on the drinks on free wing day smh. Claim theur soda machine wasnt working but cant give two cans in order to compensate they just give you a 12 oz can of soda instead of your 20 oz fountain drink, their machine is fine. They’re just tryna save money/expenses by telling you the machine doesnt work.

I went here on 1/4/23 and was treated horribly by those working at the front of the store. They refused to answer certain questions about the product and acted very short with me as I was placing my order. It took a very longtime for me to get my food and when I finally get it I decided to count to make sure I got exactly 30 wings. I got 24 and went to them to ask for the remaining 6 and was again treated with hostility. I saw a review about the racist treatment of African American customers and I did not want to believe it but when a white couple entered the store they were take care of quickly and more kindly. I will not be going to this location again.

Disgusting… The lady who calls herself the manager on Wed March, 22 at 11:30AM requests Uber and Doordash drivers to serve the food/drinks themselves, drivers are not ready to manipulate food or drinks, It’s the restaurant’s responsibility to comply with health and safety standards. If the lady who called herself the manager it’s for sure the manager, she needs a lot of training…
