This place can’t even get a simple order right. I ordered 10 boneless wings. 5 hot and 5 Parmesan garlic. I got 5 hot and 5 plain wings with sprinkled Parmesan cheese (which isn’t even on the menu)! Do better! PS… I ate them anyway because I worked all day and didn’t want to drive there.

Our daughter has been begging us to go here and we finally made it and we’ve decided it’s our favorite chicken place. All the flavors are good, but we’ve decided that the rubs are the best especially the Louisiana one. The ranch is better than the blue cheese and the cheese sauce is OK. The Cajun corn is really good. It was clean and the service was very good.

Doordashers beware. This place probably does good at making orders but…I was picking up a order for doordash and when I got there and checked there was people waiting and a list of people’s orders not done yet. I waited, but it past 30mins and no order yet. Then they came out saying they didn’t have any classic wings, which is what was on the order, so now I had wait 30 more min to see if they could get some to get in from another wimgstop to this location but they didn’t come so I had cancel order and leave. They do work hard but there has to be a way to check if they have the products they need and if not have the ordered cancel so no one has to wait. The bad thing was the wait but for doordasher this will be a big problem to deal with when it’s not our fault but restaurant for not having it.

Horrible don’t come here if you want to eat good food and a timely fashion. My husband and I went to Wingstop thinking that we were just going to get a quick dinner and go home it took over 45 minutes to get in order of wings two orders of thighs three piece two orders of fries and a small corn. They messed up The corn cuz I asked for it not to have Cajun seasoning of course Cajun was completely covered all over the corn. We ask for blue cheese and ranch none of it came in the bag. My husband asked for a large I asked for the regular I got a large fry I haven’t seen cuz it seems like I got twice as much as my husband’s but mine was supposed to have parmesan my husband wasn’t supposed to have it so they just flipped out order. The lady started off by saying it would take 15 minutes after we paid no updates just waiting around forever for our food. When we got there one person was waiting when we left 10 people were inside the store waiting for their food. Don’t come here if you want to get your food in a timely fashion. I know I said it once before but I just had to be sure that you truly understood I’ll Fry’s was soggy the wings were barely cooked I had to bring them home and warm them up all over again and my toaster oven before I can even eat. Which makes no sense because the point of eating out is to not have to cook it. The amount of oil that are on these french fries and how soggy they look is disgusting and this is after 10 minutes and my toaster oven at 400°

Get ready to not get greeted by the lady at the register. Also had to ask for our food as it was just put on the rack to be forgotten. The Girl basically threw it on the table once asked if that was our order. Getting in car we took a look at the food. The sauce is spooned on and not even tossed. I could have made better at home. Someone step in and help this store. Start with customer service and maybe having more communication between staff would have solved the time issue and then find out why the food is leaving your store in the condition it is.

After waiting twenty five minutes…. I ask how much longer.. because i notice that they were only working on doordash and online orders…. The guy with the red dreads starts working on my order.. they literally threw it together… Chicken sandwich was literally still half frozen…. Wings were hard like they gave us someone elses that was sitting for hours.. and they didnt give all the wings that were ordered… Fries were half done…. Just because I asked why is it taking so long and was frustrated that they were only doing online orders did not mean I wanted cold frozen food… Definitely would not recommend going to this location at all unless you order online…. No customer service skills.. this location needs to be retrained…. They didnt want to give me a refund… This spot was horrible

When ordering online they give you a time to pick your food up. When on arrival you still have to wait 10 -15 mins before it’s actually even done. They need to train the employees on customer service skills. The last time we had our food delivered this is how the bag was. No help from wingstop.
