The store in Mt. Olive, NC is so bad at making orders correctly I don’t think I will eat there anymore. At least half the time my order is wrong. It has been a consistent problem since before Covid. I used to go inside to order my food because I had to get a manager to ring up the bean substitution to make menu items vegetarian without charging. When you ask for things like no red sauce it’s rarely done, when you get burritos they are rolled in such a way as to have the first half of your burrito all beans and the next half all sour cream. The chipotle sauce regularly put on cheesy bean and rice burritos instead of jalapeno sauce. It’s just really awful most of my visits. I am at Taco Bell’s all over eastern NC regularly and this one is consistently the worst in food correctness and speed. They need more training or something. It makes me sad because Mt. Olive is my home Taco Bell.

On 7/20/2022, I bought several tacos to take to my parents. The transaction seemed to go okay, until my parents removed the tacos from their wrappers and found that the taco shells barely had anything in them. The taco shells had maybe a teaspoon of ground beef, a tiny bit of lettuce and a tiny bit of cheese. The taco shells weren’t even close to half full. If this location is going to be stingy with basic taco ingredients, maybe it’s time for them to close their doors and go out of business. I know I won’t be spending anymore money at this location!!!
