Just had the first ever WINGSTOP order in my life. I really appreciated that they stay open late every night. What made people feel safer was the presence of a police patrol car nearby. I ordered a sandwich and some chicken tenders. They were a little messy but very tasty.

Picked up an Uber eats order, asked for 5 Mango Habanero, 5 Hawaiian, 20 in total. That put 5 regular buffalo style wings instead. Picked up one of the buffalo wings, as I’m about to bite it, i notice a piece of hair. This is why hair and beard nets need to be worn. First and last time ordering from a Wingstop.

I have been to Wingstop a few times. I was happy to go to this location in Wilmington, Delaware, until I saw the problems at this place. I did not have a problem with the food here. The hot wings I ordered, with fries, were great. My problem was my wait time, listening to music that wasn’t even remotely easy listening, and having nowhere to throw my trash out.
My wait time was 35 minutes. A lot of people were picking up orders, to be fair. In spite of this, I do think the staff could have gotten my order, and others’ orders out faster if they were better organized.
I had a problem with the rap music being played. While I normally support businesses playing what most of their customers want to hear, this was not just alternative music. The rap had cursing, and racial slurs. For private listening, that’s fine. For a business, I don’t think that’s appropriate.
I had no trash cans to throw my finished food in, which I thought was ridiculous. While most people get takeout, what about me, and the other few people who dine in sometimes? Since I’m a neat freak, I didn’t just leave my lunch on my table, for the staff to pick it up. I threw my eaten food out in one of Shop Rite’s trash cans, next to Wing Stop.
To sum this up, while my lunch was great, the service, and atmosphere need improvement. Looking at some other reviews, I’m not the only one who feels this way.

So I was super hungry and I ordered right before closing time and everything was in the bag. Everything was packed really nicely honestly it’s my first time ordering in Delaware and it’s been an amazing experience and they also put extra ketchup so yeah that’s great. Sorry for ordering so late.

I had a horrible experience at this location. I just wanted to order my phone . It took 8-10 minutes for someone to greet / acknowledge me as a customer. Once the man with dreads came to the counter the female team member told him to take my order he was like why can’t you order on line . I proceeded to tell the man that I only had cash . He then stated that the store was only accepting online orders and walked away I tried to explain I only had cash an he walked away from the counter and began singing and dance with one of the lady co workers neglecting the myself and the other customers that were behind me . This was a horrible experience I wasn’t able to order and was turned away and the store did close till 12 and I was there around 9:30ish they could have taken my order .ive never had a issue at any other location.

We spent almost $30 to order 20 wings for delivery and added a tip. Delivery was 15 minutes late and the driver dropped off a drink and half my order. He told me it wasn’t his fault since the bag is sealed. But the drink was on the outside and my receipt does not show a drink. I tried calling the store and sat on hold for 30 minutes. Then I came to read reviews and should have known better. This is normal for this store. We usually order from the Bear location and they have never done this. We even get extra sauces from time to time and mad fries. BEWARE of the Wilmington location. I will not order from this one again.

I will never shop here again or support this location. I have been dealing with this store since it first opened and every delivery order I had was something wrong with it. Today I placed in order on door dash at this location for the ” New crispy tenders 2 for me ” combo which by the way is false advertisement and waste of money. Nothing about these tenders were different or crispy , the fries were poorly handled none of my food was freshly made or cooked to order especially THESE FRIES. THEY gave me old fries with seasoning , I also ordered Corn which was missing in my bag. Was supposed to receive two things of ranch also and got NONE. when I called they didn’t assist me. They are just terrible , I’m tired of dealing with it and wasting my money on this company who obviously doesn’t care for their customers it’s truly sad because people talk very highly of them just for you to find out yourself it’s a disappointment. The worst fast food place I know , worst then McDonald’s if you asked me.

My husband went to pick up our online order with some extra grace for a Saturday night. An hour past the grace period we still didn’t have our order, he asked to speak to the manager and the manager ignored him. He got home 1.5 hours after our pick up window with missing food, and hot sauce wings mixed with plain wings for our toddlers. Called the store to speak to the manager and the manager wasn’t available. 10/10 don’t waste your time or expect to wait 2 hours
