This was my first time trying wing stop and the food wasn’t bad. Everything was very tasty however, they definitely can use more help. While the staff was very friendly the wait times were rather long due to short staffing. I enjoyed my visit definitely would recommend going. Also, the environment was impeccably clean the servers made sure to clean as they go!

First time ever at a WingStop! We ordered ahead online and drove down to pick it up. Food was ready when we got there, still nice and warm. It stayed warm on the drive home, and the order was completely correct, even down to our dipping sauces. Staff was very efficient, got us in and out very quickly. I loved the flavor options available and the chicken was well cooked. Definitely will go back.

Was excited to try as long i’ve seen a lot of positive reviews on social media. Long story short, not worth it at all. Don’t waste your money. Ordered online from the parking lot and my food was cold when i picked it up 12 mins later lol. fries were re fried at least twice but somehow still cold? Tenders might have been okay if they were warm. No disrespect to the people who were working I only saw 3 so i’m sure they were spread thin. But i don’t like wasting my money and i’m sure you don’t either.

Placed an order at 10:51 for 11:30 am pickup, didn’t get food til 11:50 am and tried to check my bag when leaving before I got home to ensure everything was in bag. Girl at counter said “we checked it” … drove home and they forgot 2 items. Pretty rude to customers, I understand they just opened but the attitude towards everyone picking up their food at counter could have been changed. Boneless bites are tiny!!

First and last time here. Service was awful. No acknowledgment walking in even though there were workers at the register. After waiting several minutes, a pickup driver came in and came up to the counter. The workers acknowledged him and gave him the order. I thought this was rude considering I was there first and can see my order was ready on the rack. I then get home and realize they forgot my fried corn. I will never try them because after this I won’t be back. The voodoo fries were the good though if you do decide to get this.

Pick up was easy online process. Placed order and was able to get it in a timely manner. Plain wings definitely mean plain so I suggest a dip. Fries are yummy definitely on the spicy side but stilly yummy. Overall had a great experience. Boneless bites are 10/10

Yesterday was my first time visiting this location. I drove 40 minutes to get there, and when I went to order, the staff member at the register had a very rude attitude, not just towards me but also towards other customers. She was huffing and puffing as if she didn’t want to be there. When the phone rang, she didn’t even acknowledge me or ask me to hold on, which came across as very unprofessional.
I went ahead and placed my order anyway since I had already driven so far. My food took about 35 minutes to be ready, even though I only ordered three tenders and eight wings. About 20 minutes into waiting, I realized I had forgotten to order a side of corn. When I went back to ask for it, the same employee gave me a nasty look for no reason.
I consider myself a respectful person, but the attitude I experienced was unacceptable. I was going to say something to her especially with how she was treating other customers but I just left it, can’t change miserable people lol
Besides miss girl and her attitude the food was good 10/10.

Filthy atmosphere, all of the tables were disgusting, floors were filthy, soda machine and counter untended, and there was also no trash can inside, there was one outside but it was overflowing… Girl at the counter had a nasty attitude the entire time, she seemed unpleased to take our order, and aggressively made sure to let me know that extra ranch is almost $2 for a tiny container. The food was very rushed, mediocre at best, everything was drowning in seasoning as if I’d asked for extra.

Travelling here on a day trip. Gps kept saying turn right turn right. A woman ahead of me had 3 take out bags the girl at the counter just shoved at her. Seeing she couldn’t handle them all. A box or huge plastic bag would be helpful. All the bags are paper here with no handle. Which I’m from New York should be used to that by now but I was thrown off since this is in PA. But I also thought how she handed the bags to that woman was quite rude. This is in a smaller plaza behind a larger plaza and is confusing if you’re not from here. The service wasn’t bad, wasn’t sure what to expect. No wingstop where I live and the person at counter seems impatient. I wasn’t sure what the menu was, should’ve looked better online beforehand. It seems they might cook the stuff as you order. The fries have sugar on them which was interestingly weird. I’m glad I didn’t know that ahead of time. The place is very very clean. It probably helps there is absolutely no trash can in the place because it is mostly a take out type place it seems. A few chairs and seats in there but definitely gives off a take out feel. The soda machine is very small. Not sure what I was expecting but it wasn’t that. The cocoa cola tasted weird but that’s always a risk at the fountains at any place. They have paper straws also which I’m glad I didn’t know about too. We were all disappointed with paper straws. Bring your own straws or don’t use them if you’re like me and hate paper straws. Overall, the tenders and boneless wings were delicious. The order was right, and the sauces are huge and very good. We ordered all sauces on side. The sauce cups are like 3 times the size of a cup of blue cheese from any other wing take out place. I would visit again knowing that the staff is impatient have the order ready. They don’t seem that expensive compared to other fast food places.the rest rooms were extremely clean. We waited about 25 minutes for two of the 22.00 shareable orders which was plenty of food for the price. Kids not fans of sugary fries next time I will just order chicken not fries.

The wings were absolutely delicious. The fries were a little bit on the soggy side , so I was not a fan. The workers kept coming out to check to make sure everything was all right which was fantastic customer service. Definitely will be back again,.
