Disappointed to say the least the ice cream wasn’t made properly, the employee was least bothered to even ask what I wanted. It felt like so much pressure to just ask for a sample and decide if I wanted that, the loud music made it so hard to hear the person and for the person to actually even listen. Wanted to take it to go but wasn’t even asked if I wanted that and felt forever to ask for a lid. Not to mention the ice cream literally has no toppings except the m&ms paid more than $10 to get nothing but a bad tasting ice cream.
Edit: The manager followed up and was kind enough understanding the situation and offered to make the ice cream and make it right. That was really sweet and I appreciate that since I got the ice cream after a few days from my initial visit and she remembered me, also gave me the sample for churro ice cream!! Made my experience better

The ice cream always tastes well and the location is very clean easy to walk . The only problem are all the young employees. The customer service is very poorly they rarely show manners and when it comes to asking for samples they always seemed bothered. Customers should be able to taste different flavors to know what they need or to try something new.

Ordered two of the Gotta Have it size bowls. Each of the GHI bowl is enough to share with two people. One bowl had Pineapple Coconut and Sweet Cream with roasted almond toppings. The second bowl had Vanilla and Chocolate with brownie toppings. The bowl with pineapple coconut and sweet cream was not too sweet, very creamy and you can taste the coconut and the pineapple chunks. This is a great combo if you want something fruity and the roasted almonds gave this a nice crunch to them. The bowl with vanilla and chocolate was a very safe, classic, and easy pick choice for someone that wants an ice cream fill and might be too overwhelmed by the other flavors. Topped with brownie pieces, this is a great chocolatey option that doesn’t feel too chocolatey. Staff are really nice and patient while you order. They are no longer offering samples to try. Location is busy right along Main St and there is a nearby free parking garage that is time-limited.

Sweet little hole in the wall. Located right next to the Starbucks on the corner of main St. This is a small location but they have everything any other cold stone has. There was only 2 service counter attendees so I had to wait but it was not for to long. I got the coffee lovers and I loved it. Over all customer service was ok I still think the gal who put it together could of chopped it up better but I am still happy either way.
There is not much room to hang out inside but main St has alot going on so I think the best thing to do is grab your scoops of ice cream and walk around.

This is a nice Cold Stone it’s clean and the staff is friendly. The large “Gotta Have It” is only $1 more than the small “Like It”. They have a few tables outside for seating.

They serve delicious ice cream and fro-yo flavours. One of the most interesting parts getting ice cream from Cold Stone is that they mix in the toppings of your choice into your ice cream by putting it on a COLD stone literally! One of the things I must say is even more outstanding is that they stand up for their customers’ safety and health. If a customer in line is not standing 6 feet apart they will ask them to move. This is a wonderful ice cream shop, and I will most definitely be coming back!
