Overall a great experience. It was ready fast. The hot wings & Korean style wings were great. The boneless hot wings and tenders were delicious as well as the fresh vegetables, cut celery and carrots, were great. You can tell they were fresh. The fries were also well seasoned and were delicious too. Overall a good experience and will have again.

This was my first time ever at a Wingstop and I was very impressed! From the moment I walked in the door the employees greeted me, very friendly, and answered any questions I had about the menu. I was very pleased that the employees brought my food to the table and even came to check up on me mid meal to ensure the food was on par! If I am ever in the area again, I will surely visit this location again! Very friendly, fast service!

Worst place ever!! We ordered ahead on the app bcuz otherwise you have to wait forever for your food. When we got there, still was not ready, and when we got it and sat there to eat it, my wings were lukewarm at best. Here is the picture of the overdone fries. In the end, I took them up, and the girl wanted to know what was wrong with them????? I cannot believe she didn’t realize how overdone they were. She offered to make more, but we weren’t waiting forever for them. I should have asked for my money back. Do not eat here. Oh, no trash cans available to throw away your food when you’re done. We had to leave it on the table. Our table was dirty when we sat down.

Once I heard a Wingstop was opening in the poconos I was super excited! Didn’t wait long to order, all of the staff were definitely trained perfectly, they handled the rush like pros. Waited around 30mins for my food, which I expected since it’s a new chain and how popular the franchise is. It was so worth the wait! quality and consistency the food was perfect. I can’t wait to go back 🙂

Service was fine. Atmosphere was fine. I’m disappointed in the wings. With the name Wing Stop. I would think the wings should be on point and they weren’t. I got garlic parm. And it was like a dry rub of just parm. My husband got the mild and said it was okay. So, not terrible but not anything great.

I ordered through doordash and had some of the same issues as other people (soggy fries and missing veggie sticks) but honestly, the wings were amazing! I ordered a bunch of bone in wings and the flavors were good. They give you the option to make extra crispy which a lot of people dont do. I also personally like really saucy wings, so some more sauce would’ve been good but overall im good and this will be my new Sunday spot. Also, their ranch is reallyyy good

Usually have a good experience here. But the MANAGER Desi told my boyfriend to leave and have a good night after he asked for another ranch and blue cheese. The worker then walked to get it for him which she the aggressively started telling him my boyfriend needed to pick one or the other or pay. When she asked which one he wanted he said “I’ll take both” and she said no and he said if I have to pay for it I will. Which she then refused to take his order and stared at him until he said “blue cheese”. I went in to grab the ranch and asked her if she had given him the pick up order for Miranda and she turned annoyed and said yea I did. I then told her she shouldn’t tell anyone to leave and have a good night while trying to purchase something and have some customer service. She put her hands on the counter and said. That is customer service babe and I said it’s not and asked if she was the manager. She then aggressively shook her head yea and I asked for her name and she gave me her name. 0/10 get a new manager

Super delicious food, people who are expecting fast food do not understand that wing stop isn’t a fast food place, they make your food to order and it’s fresh and hot everytime. The young lady at the front is the nicest woman ever, made my experience great and totally boosted my confidence for the day lol. Keep it up y’all!

Can’t stop… wingstop! Honestly love this location all the staff are absolute sweethearts when their system had went down the other day. They were super understanding and explained that they hoped I would call back and I ended up calling back. Luckily the system was back up. Love coming here favorite place to grab chicken in the area.
