Food is usually good, you will ALWAYS have to park somewhere and wait a minimum of 15-20min for the food to be ready, and will always need to verbally order your food 3-4x (3 at the microphone, and again at the window), but after that it’s usually always right! Sometimes you have to wait closer to 40min, and even if you said the words “coke” and “coca cola” 4x, it’ll still come out as a Dr. Pepper, but if this happens, it’s best to just keep your mouth shut and go down to McDonald’s for the Coke, otherwise the rest of the order may be delayed for over an hour with the confusion. We believe their method of chicken frying has something to do with the extreme delays. The only logical explanation is that each piece of chicken, be it a breast or a tender, is fried individually and as the order is received for the 4th time.

Wish I could give them a zero. They gave me old chicken. I ordered five Wings only received three wings and a whole different piece of chicken that was hard as a rock. My mashed potatoes were old they didn’t even break apart when I put a spoon in them the biscuits were hard as a rock. I have gone to this location a few times and they continue to not give out fresh food. I don’t understand how they have not gotten in trouble with headquarters about this yet. Every single time I go there my food is old, mind you I ordered my food at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon none of it was fresh

Went 01/30/26 around 230, ordered a 5 piece tender spicy, had to wait an extra 10 mins moved forward to wait, when they come out they’re like “btw we don’t have spicy tenders but here are mild” that’s cool and all but the fries and tenders were just literally thrown in and instead of 5 tenders it was 4 so not only did I have to wait and get the wrong tenders but also not the right tenders, just seems lazy to me tbh food was good but will not go back

This Popeyes always has great customer service – very nice and helpful staff. The $6 big box is a great deal when everything has gotten so expensive nowadays. The chicken strips are crispy and juicy while the biscuits are always delicious.

Got a 13 dollar 3 piece tender meal, besides all 3 being the size of nuggets, one of them was absolutely un eatable. Literally could not bite into it. Rice side had barley any rice, and place was dirty and staff were like robots. No greeting and no thank you’s. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISSAPOINTED AND STAY HUNGRY

(Dont go if the indian girl is at the window, she messed up 3 of my items and forgot 2 completely not the first time, but def the last i go during the day. Evening shift is the best). Service has definitely gotten better, they used to rush my answers or be short with me for seemingly no reason, get stuff on my order wrong. BUTTT THEY HAVE TURNED AROUND. Are they still short staffed? Yes, and wait times can be longer than usual. But like i said now they will double check the orders in front of me if i had to wait to make sure i have everything, they are patient and dont rush, and the food…HAS ALWAYS BEEN FIRE THATS WHY I KEPT COMING BACK. Even before when the service was 1 star, the chicken is top notch, the sauced up wings are the BEST i’ve had.
Indoor dining can be hit or miss, nothing bad just very empty and when i used to go there were a few flashing broken lights. A drive through must if you want some quick chicken.

I came here to pick up an uber order at 12:25am, they’re supposed to be open until 2. They ignored us on the speaker and then shut the lights off on us! Closing almost 2 hours early for no explicit reason and with no explanation. Absolutely disgusting abuse of customers, and whoever is responsible should be terminated.

Instead of an otherwise unremarkable visit to a popeyes, the cashier – Ms. Felicia went above and beyond with her service to me and my girlfriend on what to order and even provided tableside service.
She made the dining experience wonderful and brightened up our day on an gloomy rainy thursday night.
Not often you ever experience a fraction of this service at a fast food establishment. I hope management rewards this type of initiative.
