I finally made it to a Wingstop! Anyways, this is a restaurant which specializes in chicken wings. The pricing is slightly higher than other chicken places, but they do have combos and some specials if you use the app. They have a few tables inside the restaurant for dining, but oddly there is not a trash can inside. (But there is one outside.). They let you customize how many wings you get of which flavors. And there are a good number of flavors to choose from. I normally like regular wings, but I split an order of 20 with my son and he likes boneless wings. They were pretty good, but I would have preferred normal wings. We also had some french fries and they weren’t bad, but could have been crispier. I’m sure I’ll be getting food from here again.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a food service in recent times. I placed an order at 8:15 pm, they said it’d be 20 minutes, I gave them 30 minutes. I went to go ask for my order they said it’d be another 5 minutes. I had to wait until 9:10 pm before I realized that they shelved my food instead. The manager or shift leader gave me my food, but I’m glad I checked it because half of my order was completely missing. I had to wait again for the rest of my order. I didn’t get everything until 9:35 pm, and by then the other half of my food was cold. The fries were just left in a tray in the bag, and it honestly looked like they ate half the order. This has been the most infuriating part, and it wasn’t even due to the wait. It was due to the incompetence of the staff. I get days are busy and I could understand having to wait, but at the very least I’d expect someone to just keep me updated. Not see two members of the staff on break in the back, and a line of others waiting just as long as me. I’m sure good people work here, just not anyone of the ones available on this particular night. For reference, it was an order of 40 wings. An order of 20 original hot and 20 barbecue, as well as large fries, veggie sticks, and blue cheese.

Very disappointed this is not the standard of Wingstop nor of any restaurant. I was served with re fried boneless wings all tiny pieces hence more boneless pieces.the food was very crunch on the outside and Dried out in the inside. I knew instantly that they just re fried these from being a chef. I Ordered Wednesday night and they weren’t busy. No reason as to why this was given to me. I spoke with a supervisor they told me they can remake the wings and they’re sorry.

I’ve been past this place a few times. Meaning to stop in. Never had it. I will say first off the customer service to me was awesome. Split order of wings, two flavors. They were good flavor, good texture. The fries were a little extra salty. Asked for extra sauce and drink refills. They absolutely will help. I’d definitely go back. Good food for a good price. Especially for combo deals.

Came out to visit the Wingstop in Emmauss on its opening night. I’ve been going to the one in Allentown for years and have enjoyed every visit. I’ll start out by saying this place has plenty of parking out front and the lot is lit up well at night. You can’t fault any restaurant on its first day of opening food takes longer or there are mishaps, everybody is learning, they will grow into being a successful and efficient business. with that said, we got two orders of the wings, fries and drinks and they were absolutely delicious like we expected. We may have waited a little bit longer, but like I said, it was the businesses first day open and that’s to be expected. Everybody from the time you went in the door was courteous and happy and just was very welcoming. That’s a pleasant surprise especially on a first date opener. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place since it’s closer to my home than the one in Emmaus so I wish them the best of luck and if you’re in the area and you want some of the best wings in the Lehigh valley hands-down make sure you check out Wingstop Wingstop

I was in the area for lunch today 6/13/23. Food was very good, place was very clean. I decided to eat inside. It was early around 11:30am so they were not too busy, got my food in about 10 min. Wings, fries and a drink. The fries were actually really good, they had a salt/sugar spice on them. FYI….door dash, Uber eats are all 3rd party delivery service companies…meaning the company you order from has zero control who picks up the food, how long it takes to get delivered etc….

I was expecting much worse service based on the reviews in here. Maybe they have the good crew in because it is a Saturday, but when I went in they told me they would be right with me, I got there a little early so she said it would just be a few more minutes and then gave me my food right away.
So if you go on a Saturday evening the service should be pretty good.
Edit 5/12/2025: Came pretty late in a Monday night and I am amazed. This is obviously a good crew. Wings and fries are cooked perfectly and the fries have tons of seasoning. 10/10

Ordered through Uber eats. The chicken was ok at best. I wanted sauce on the side instead the wings were soaked in it. BUFFALO WILD WINGS is so much better!! You get more for your money, more sauce flavors, more variety of food, and I’ve never had an issue with or at B.B.W . Wing Stop……just stop.

I ordered delivery on their website. I received everything except my large drink. I called the store to ask about my order. Heard the girl yelling to her coworker about my problem and how it isn’t their issue to deal with. Unprofessional. I can’t get anything done about it either because I ordered through their website but they used doordash as the delivery service.

Ordered online and waited 30 minutes to go pick it up. Sat in store for another 30 minutes while the daytime manager was yelling and cursing before storming out the door. Line cooks were cursing and yelling each other, actually talking about going outside and fighting. Line cook was eating while making orders. Line cook was putting his hand down his pants. Over one hour after placing my order online and watching all of this, I find out that they either lost or gave away my order. So, I requested a refund. Now the night shift manager doesn’t know how to issue one, so then she had to make a phone call and find out. Absolute disaster and a dining room full of customers, also waiting for orders not getting done and witnessing the entire thing. This location is a travesty and should be closed. I will never go back again.
