I had a very bad experience at the Wawa located on Livingston Ave, North Brunswick, NJ. I paid $20 for gas, and the pump never worked. One important thing I noticed is that there was only one person attending all 16 gas pumps, which is very inefficient and can easily lead to mistakes.
When I spoke with the manager, I had to wait over 20 minutes, only to be told that my car had issues and that they claimed the gas had already been pumped. This response was unprofessional and lacked empathy.
The manager’s customer service was very poor, and the situation was handled badly. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they simply blamed the customer.
It’s clear that this location needs more staff in the gas area and better training on how to handle situations like this. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I like coming to this Wawa location but whoever was there at night this time doesn’t know how to make a Toasted caramel crunch lol as you can see in the image. I just decided to take what I was given after I said it wasn’t a toasted caramel crunch and I still got handed it back. Please train the night crew properly.
