ordered food online for pick up at 5:30pm at 3:00 pm. now almost 6 pm and still sitting here waiting as about 3 people came ordered and left before mine was done. i normally am not one to complain, but watched the girl working up front play with her hair (waist length) and constantly pull up her pants and then handle filling ice and other customers food with no hand cleaning or sanitizer in between. while the food is normally good, definitely room for improvement.

I watched the 2 girls just talk and goof off… started to make my good 10 mins after I ordered it… all the to go orders was done and out.. none of them had gloves. Watching them touch their nose wipe their faces touching their hair. Rubbing eyes fingers in their mouths. WE CAN SEE YOU!!!!
The one girl is named Sara.. the other Samantha.. no idea who the guy was but he was great. Very respectful and friendly. But Let’s also talk about how after we finally got our food.. all they was talking about was going to smoke weed outside..

ordered food on door dash, received it with the correct sticker on the outside of the bag and the food inside was completely wrong. attempted to call the store to tell them what had happened and ask if they could make it again for me to pick up. manager got on with an attitude from the get go, ended up hanging up on me. I tried to call again and she told me i was being rude, i asked her let me speak and she continued to talk over me telling me i had been speaking the whole time then hung up again. the customer service here is genuinely some of the worst i’ve ever experienced.

Doordash driver ruined my order and made it cold but I couldnt get a refund through the app. Sarah went out of her way to make things right for us. Outstanding service and the food was delicious as always. Dont listen to the Karen’s with the low stars. Always a family favorite.

When i called in my order, they placed me on hold twice, made me repeat my order 3 times. I got parm n garlic wings, well when i got home, wings had no flavoring on them, quess repeating myself 3 times didnt stick,

Horrible customer service lady hung up on us. We placed an order online the website said our card declined but our card was charged we called to see if we could fix it. She got all smart from the beginning told us it was our fault we didn’t pick it up and then hung up.

This place COULD be good. I love wings in general… but the wings I got were not covered hardly at all with the sauces they put on last minute so I get dry wings with not enough sauce actually on them, to make them tasty. No effort at all. If they made sure they were well covered in the sauce as soon as possible, they might be much better. I don’t know because I’ve never gotten them any other way and I won’t be trying again.
