I ordered through DoorDash and my food was of course an arm and a leg which is fine but what isn’t fine is that I paid extra for ranch and it came spilled all over the bottom of the food making a huge mess and the ranch I paid almost 2 dollars for inedible no matter how many times they fire people or change management this store still preforms poorly I spend money here often and don’t complain but tonight I had time shall I lick the bottom of the bag or something……..

food is amazing depending on the day . the drinks place / bathroom is always left dirty or you can always tell something is there which could be left better and i came here 3 separate times. the manager was rude towards me or someone in charge about my food cause they were bossing around the employees when i told them they messed up on my fries being small rather than being cheese fries. ridiculous

Placed an order this evening through the WingStop app for delivery and I noticed that I was missing the French fries. I paid the delivery fee so I expected when I called that they would either deliver fries or refund the money and delivery fee. The woman who picked up the phone was annoyed that I was asking what they would do to make this right. The only thing she can offer was for me to now come in to pick up the fries. Obviously I ordered online because I couldn’t get to the store. I asked to speak to a manager only to be told that the manager was busy. The “assistant manager” who got on the phone said the manager would call me back when they weren’t busy. Still no phone call. Not a good way to get customers during your first month of being open. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

I would give this place below a zero. Ordered from here tonight at 8pm did not receive my order till over an hour afterwards. After having received my order it was completely the wrong order. I let them know and they did not want to issue me a refund. Spoke to 2 different people who I unfortunately did not get the names for and they said they would have their manager call me. That was an hour and a half ago and I just this moment received a call back. They said they don’t see my order. This place is ridiculous

I place an order online for 10 wings it said 20-25 will be ready. It is 1 hour and 30 min and it wasnt ready. I asked for a refund wasnt going to wait anymore, they told me they had processed the refund, but couldn’t provide me with a receipt. Waiting to see now if they really place my refund back.
