Busy spot. Friday night for one. Waited in the virtual queue for about 10 minutes then sat at the bar. Nice vibes; friendly and attentive staff who will socialize with you if you’re in the mood.

My wife and I visited this place this afternoon and had the pho with grilled chicken. The flavor was awesome—fresh and comforting—but we were hoping for a spicier kick. The Vietnamese coffee was delicious and rich. Overall, it was a great experience, though a bit more spice and seasoning would’ve made it perfect. Worth try!

I ordered the rare flank and it was like shoe leather and the broth tasted watered down. My sister in law ordered the combination with rare flank, meatballs that were like rubber and brisket the tasted like what a wet dirty old sponge smells like. I have been to a lot of pho restaurants and this one is by far the worst! When I go for pho I want a broth that’s deep and rich with a good flavor. This was not the place. Also they give you a ladle to use instead of the traditional spoon. Who the heck eats with a ladle?

The food was good! I’m updating my review after the restaurant kindly responded and explained that Colorado has an ordinance preventing them from including utensils or napkins unless customers request them. I didn’t realize this before, so here’s a friendly reminder—if you’re ordering to-go or delivery, be sure to ask for silverware, chopsticks, or a napkin if you need them. I would definitely visit or order again.

Pho & Bar is hands down one of my favorite spots! I always have to order the Vietnamese Cotija corn. It’s one of the best items on the menu and perfect for sharing. The pho roll is another must-try! Such a refreshing and fun twist on Vietnamese flavors. And of course, I can’t leave without getting the spicy house pho, which is always comforting and delicious.
Their cocktails are amazing too. The juice boxes with liquor inside are so fun and creative! The drinks are just as memorable as the food.
This place never disappoints. The servers are all so friendly, the vibe is always great, the music is on point, and overall it’s just such a fun spot. I love coming here and always look forward to it!

I really liked the concept for this Pho Bar restaurant. It’s a trendy looking place with some classic Pho with a bit of twists on the dishes. The quality is good and the broth was great. For some the appetizer portions may seem a bit small but the flavor was different so felt worth it. The wine was great and our server was very attentive.

It’s a cool neighborhood spot, good atmosphere and the staff is friendly and attentive.
The pho though is basic at best. I thought the broth was thin, and the cooking rushed. Portions are small for the price, with the bowls steeply flat-sided rather than round. Ingredients like tripe are unavailable, and no fish sauce either

Came in and sat at the bar to order takeout. Had a little snack and beverage while I waited. I was pretty to disappointed to get home and find chicken vs. rare fillet in my pho. Service was good overall, but I ordered one item to go, so bummed it wasn’t what I ordered. Pho was fine, chicken was not good.
