Wingstop has always been one of my favorite spots when I’m craving wings, and the food here really is solid. The flavors are on point — the Lemon Pepper hits exactly how it’s supposed to, and the Spicy Korean is still one of the best sauces any wing place has. The fries were fresh and seasoned well, and everything tasted like it was cooked with care. So food-wise, no complaints at all. They definitely know how to make good wings.
But the wait time… that’s what brought this rating down. We waited way longer than we expected, even after ordering ahead. It felt like the order got pushed aside or something because people who walked in after us were getting their food before we did. When you’ve got kids with you or you’re trying to grab food on a schedule, that extra 20–30 minutes makes a big difference. It just takes the fun out of it.
The staff wasn’t rude or anything — they seemed busy and stressed — but some updates would’ve helped. Even a quick “Hey, it’s running behind” goes a long way.
Overall: great wings, but be prepared for a long wait. If they get the timing under control, it could easily be a 5-star spot.

I ordered ahead of time, but they were still 10 minutes late with the order.
The boneless wings were entirely over breaded, and a thick and hard crust. I felt like I was eating store brand frozen chicken bites from an air fryer. The sauce didn’t soak in at all and most of it ended up at the bottom of the container. Would not recommend the boneless wings at all. The cheesey fries were pretty good, tho. Overall it wasn’t worth the money and I won’t be back.

Stopped into the Wingstop in Middletown and had an awesome experience! Stewart was absolutely fantastic. He took his time helping us pick out the perfect wing sauces — something with a good kick and a savory flavor, and he nailed it. His suggestions were spot on, and you could tell he really knew the menu and cared about making sure we enjoyed our meal.
The wings came out hot, flavorful, and exactly what we were looking for. Great service, great food — big shoutout to Stewart for making the visit even better!

In terms of service it was quick and speedy especially entering during a rush. I was only able to receive Stewart’s name that was manning the front of the cashier and bagging all the food for both carry out and other courier services. He was very tentative and made sure to answer all my questions as this was my first time getting wingstop. The team in the back seem to work very accordingly and well together. In terms of everything this was a great experience

they gave my order to a random person who stole it, then couldn’t help me. they told me to call uber eats who doesn’t have a phone number and refused to remake my order. then when i spoke to the manager he hung up on me. his excuse being i paid uber eats not them they don’t get paid till the end of the week. when it was completely their fault for giving my order to the wrong person. and instead of contacting me or telling my multiple drivers who tried to get my food to cancel it, they waited till i called. they need a better system and a better manager.

First time ever at a Wing Stop, came to the one in Middletown, NY. From the moment I walked in Stewart was very patient as I navigated their menu. He explained how the sauces taste and even gave some personal recommendations of his favorites. I’ll definitely be coming back, the food was great and the service was even better. Stewart was one of the most kind workers I have ever met. He went above and beyond today. We came in with a big group of teenagers and he was instantly hospitable. Food was great atmosphere was awesome. Would come again solely on behalf of Stewart.
