That the food was good. the flavor of the wings were great and chicken was tender. Fry were a little salty but cooked well. The delivery came on time. Using the Wingstop app was helpful as well on checking my order on time.

Wing stop is overrated. I was always eager to try and the food was disappointing. I asked for lighty salted fries and they still came in too salty. The boneless wings weren’t that good, it had no type of seasoning. If anything it tasted like full of butter and fat, disgusting. I’ve had better than this. Also, the sauces were so watery. Just an honest review.

I arrived at 11:35pm 1/21/2023. The person that greeted me was rude and provided absolutely no customer service. Told me to place my order online. I should have just left, but after I ordered, I didn’t check it. Got home, they gave me plain wings, I believe on purpose, when I ordered lemon pepper wings. Terrible experience… No gloves used in preparation either. Amazing…

They take entirety too long with your food! With pick up & delivery, they ALWAYS forget to put all of your food in the bag! Then the employees have the NERVE to have an attitude when you address them about some of your food being missing! I don’t write reviews at all but I’m soooooooo sick of this restaurant! The food is way too high for them to be catching attitudes about your money & missing food! Last time, I ordered delivery & of course, all my food was not in the bag. I called and they said they would issue a refund which they never did!! & today I ordered for pick up, went all the way home & all my food was not in the bag! Like come on it’s super ridiculous at this point!! Get it together! Matter fact, I’m not ordering from here anymore, I’m going elsewhere. They don’t deserve my money! Elk!

Probably will never go back to this wing stop. They were all over the place manager tells me one thing and did not revive it. Even talked to the store owner and said they will give us 10 extra wings for our inconvenience and we did not receive the extra we did not want to fight anymore so we left. This particular Wingstop is brand new, and the interior shows that. It’s kept clean and in good shape. I ordered the garlic parmesan wings, traditional bone-in. The dry rub was tasty, but I found the wings to be a bit dry and on the smaller side. I still believe the meal for two was a good deal regardless of the wings size, but wouldn’t mind some more meat on the bones. Overall a pleasant experience.

I literally was waiting in line for like 20 minutes to place an order. The lone person at the counter thought he should answer a call with a line of people already in there. Ok. Fine. I could have let that go. But then Harold took the person that came in behind me and asked me to wait. Excuse me? I’ve been waiting patiently and not only are you taking phone calls over in person people waiting, but you waited on the person behind me and had the gall to ask me to wait. I’m also going to be calling corporate and leaving a review everywhere I can including the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Y’all need some customer service training.
