I was in a car accident outside of wing stop today. I never even entered the store yet, however, I was there to pick up an order. I was backed into as I was trying to park. The person that hit me and myself were in the process of handling the issue when the “manager” (who said her name is Alyssa) came outside and started acting belligerent and inserted herself in the situation, which had nothing to do with herself or the store. She yelled at me and told me the accident was my fault because she was friends with the person who struck me, when the police report states otherwise. I felt that the way Alyssa handled herself in this situation was extremely unprofessional and distasteful as a manger for the store. She also “banned” me from the store when I never even entered the store and when the situation had nothing to do with her or the store. I’m very traumatized by the entire ordeal and will be escalating this further.

The wings were pretty good, sauced well. The fries were kninda bland. We did take out, so I figured the texture would be a bit off, but not bland. The blue cheese dip was terrible. Not sure if they gave us ranch by accident but it didn’t have much blue cheese flavor. The wings were good though, so I’d go back for them.

Wanted to try for the first time because ppl say their wings are good. I arrive to eat in and was told they are only taking online order at 12pm, with no crowd in the store. Terrible customer service. Do better!!

Horrible customer service! I ordered at 2:00 to be picked up at 4:30 (that’s 2.5 hours to get the order ready)! When I arrived the 2 ladies working were super rude talking about how much food I ordered! They were even yelling at one another with 8 customers awaiting their food!

Amazingly bad experience. I’ve been burned a lot by this Wingstop before, but this one almost felt personal and I had to share
This place is always running 20-30 minutes behind, so I always order ahead of time. Any time I come near my pickup time, I’m waiting 20 minutes anyway. So I place an order for 5:30 and show up around 5:50. When I get there, they take my name, don’t see an order, and then forget about me. After the cashier finishes and notices me waiting 5 minutes, she asks what I’m waiting for, and we find out my order isn’t there.
The manager comes to explain to me my order was given to another customer, that they were going to make my order fresh, and round my 14 tenders to 20 to make up for the long wait. Cool, stuff happens. Bit of a wait, but I get my fresh tenders right from the manager and get home to find… 14 tenders in the bag after all. Got me out the door quiet but here I am still burned
Oh, and did I mention? I’ve never seen so many employees at this Wingstop. Someone on a laptop, looked like a few bosses with them. Just a real lack of care top to bottom.

Stopped in tonight for my first time. It was a nice experience with the woman at the register. She was very patient with me. The gentlemen that was making the wings was kind enough to help me with a special request. The staff alone will bring me back again.

What a horrible experience. The place was dirty, no one cleans the tables or the soda fountain area. Staff had bad attitudes. All the main drinks were out and they told me they didn’t have the stuff to refill them (coke/sprite). The food was terrible when we finally got it. I ended up throwing it away and the drink, what a complete waste of money. Fire everyone and start over with hiring people who actually care.
