Stackers, came as a bit of a pleasant surprise! we were both in the mood for a good Smashburger, and we agreed. This was the best one we’ve had in a very long time. It might be the best one we had EVER! We were staying at the Tamaya resort and wanted something nearby that was simple and we were very pleased. Really surprised that we could get this quality of burger and a food court style place. We both ordered burgers with either fries or tater tots and we’re blown away. Highly recommended! We will definitely be returning when we’re in Albuquerque again!

I really wanted to like Stackers Burger Company at The Block in Rio Rancho, but the experience fell short. The biggest issue was the wait — our order took forever, largely because there was only one employee working.
To be fair, the employee on duty was friendly and doing his best, but it was obvious that one person can’t realistically manage taking orders, cooking, and prepping food at the same time. It wasn’t a skill or attitude problem — it was a staffing problem.
The food itself was decent once it finally came out, but the long wait overshadowed the experience. With better staffing and support, this place could be much better. Right now, it’s hard to recommend unless you have a lot of extra time and patience.

Ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheddar burger and tots. Absolutely delicious and hot when I took the first bite! The tots were cooked perfectly as well. Chris was very nice and took the time to answer all my son’s questions.

Man I don’t like to leave a bad review but this places service is absolutely terrible. I ordered 3 shakes and waited 50 minutes to recieve them! 2 people ordered after me the place was completely dead, I would avoid this place if your on a time crunch unless you have a time machine or infinite free time on your hands to wait around

Very impressed! First time eating here we got the west coast and Duke city. Both are flavorful and fresh. Sean, Chris and Eljen were fast and friendly and made sure I had ketchup for the fries so my son didn’t murder me. We will be back since we have a lot of soccer out here.

I thought I’d try this place out and the order came out quick and was hot. I ordered the BBQ bacon burger. My burger wasn’t bad but it was very bland. I could barely taste any BBQ sauce or even the bacon that was on it, it just didn’t have much flavor at all. The fries were also completely unsalted. Not bad but I wouldn’t pay $20 for this again.

When I got there, there were at least five employees, (all occupied on their phones).There was nobody else in line and it still took over 6 minutes to get any service. After we finally got service we took our order and it ended up costing 11 dollars after tip and tax for a vanilla milkshake. It took 20 minutes to get a text that our order was ready, but they got our order wrong so it took another five minutes to get us our milkshake and they finally got it, right. You can tell by the picture there was no ice cream in it, it was like they gave us a cup of milk with whipped cream, There was no sugar at all, we asked other people who got the milkshake from this establishment and they said theirs were horrible. If I could give zero stars I would, this belongs in the trash.
