They mix my order and give me the most spicy wings we can’t eat them , the i pay for a large ranch , they didn’t add it to the order , I call no answer, call next day early, they said the manager will see what to do , but 10 days later no answer.!!

I am not sure what happened to this Wingstop but this is the second time in a row our regular bone in wings have NO seasoning! I live in Neptune and would occasionally pick up wings and get my own veggies from Stop and Shop. We always get the dry rub, Louisiana and Hot Honey. The last two visits, the wings are just made completely different. It’s bizarre. I think they changed the chicken supplier and cut back on the seasoning. I would have been fine if the cut the seasoning the fries, which I know not to order anymore since the one time I did order them and the salt/seasoning was out of this world! Why don’t they do something about the quality? I see other reviewers have the EXACT same complaints. Don’t they care?

If I could rate this place anything less than a zero I would. I haven’t had wingstop in months and I finally decided to order it. I received cold wings, cold fries that are salty. And the wings are flavorless. This was an extremely bad experience and I don’t recommend coming here if you want a good quality meal. I returned and asked for a refund and the lady was smiling in my face. Dont come here. Save your money! A bottomless pit of salt!

STAY AWAY Ordered 2 meals. 17 out of the 20 wings are PLAIN. Nice and easy right? Wrong. Anything but. We waited over an hour after we placed the order for it only to arrive INCOMPLETE. 7 of the wings were lemon pepper and 3 were missing completely. Not to mention the usual watered down drinks. So I decided to drive to the store at 12 MIDNIGHT to fix my order.
Now, let me preface this with me giving them the benefit of the doubt ie: understaffed, it’s late, etc. I tell the person sweeping what’s wrong with my order and that I’d like what’s missing. 25 MINUTES I WAS TOLD. Let’s be real, it doesn’t take 25 minutes to deep fry a chicken wing. I then say “I’m not trying to be rude, but is there any way I could get my order, before everyone else?” I’m literally the only customer in the store. That’s when the attitude hits. I’m told that it’s common sense that I have to wait because unbeknownst to me, they literally dropped all the new orders at the SAME EXACT TIME.
I replied “Well, it’d be common sense to have my order correct in the first place, especially after having to wait over an hour for it to come.” That’s when I started getting ganged up on by the woman frying and the dude sweeping… Why isn’t he helping getting orders out?!?! I didn’t walk in there expecting a smile and pleasant greeting. It’s 12am after what was probably a busy Saturday night. I get it. It sucks. But, there was no need for them to both be NASTY and EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING. After all that I ended up leaving empty handed as they said “goodbye!” on my way out the door.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Unless you’re hoping to be extremely disappointed.

I ordered food online and waited for my food for over 2 hours because they were understaffed. But I asked where my order was because it disappeared off the board. They said they had no idea and told me they would remake it. I waited another hour until I asked them where it is which they responded I forgot. I asked for a refund to which they said they would and I thought you would need to put your debit card in the scanner to get refunded but they said you didn’t. I did not receive a refund or my food. I waited over 3 hours and spent $15 on nothing to go home empty handed. Go to Pop eyes 3 minutes away.

Stopped in for the first time tonight. The staff there was pretty efficent moved the line pretty quickly and did a great job at attending to online and uber orders. The food was delicious. We ordered on the spot and the wait wasn’t long. Good portions and sauces were good.

Let’s first talk about the food/wings here, they definitely live up to the hype because they are absolutely delicious. So many different spice flavors and levels of heat can be chosen from. Also, they offer the classic wings bone-in or boneless which I know to a lot of people makes a difference. This location is immaculately clean and organized as well. Friendly staff, lots of parking and handicap accessible.

Last night was the second night in the last two weeks that we have gone to Wingstop to try to get something to eat, get up to the counter there are people mopping the floors in the back while cooking orders while there’s customers in the store and they scream online orders only, my husband and I are over 50 years old work all day long finally get off of work at 10:30 at night. I wanna grab something to eat and go home. They do not greet you with a smile or a hello. They just scream from the back online order only one of the doors is locked so you have to walk all the way around the other end to get yelled at not friendly absolutely rude since when is this a thing? I have been going to Wingstop for years walking right up to the counter and placing my order do better Wingstop and the girl back there never a smile always a puss on her face.

I went yesterday to buy wings, I tried to order online but for some reason it was not going through to the pay option. Reason why I went to the store. I did not even talk when the cashier was like: “order online because we are busy” I explained him a that it wasn’t going through and he kept saying to order online, I showed him and he was like: “I am not going to take your order because we are busy with 10 orders behind”.
I had not option than leaving, very bad attitude. He could say something like: “if you can’t do it online, I will take your order but give me like 20 min because I am behind orders and we are short staff”. Choose wise your employees or train them better for this situations
