Went here after going to the beach and it definitely hit. We ordered one of their meal deals for 16 boneless wings and 6 tenders with fries. A lot of food for only $26 for both of us and the service was quick. Their mango habanero and their garlic parm are very good. Although it was pretty salty, the quantity and quality was pretty good regardless. For sure a great location for Wingstop.

This visit was really disappointing for me. Had a long day at work. Wanted something to eat. I did a walk in to this store and asked if I can make a 50$ order. The lady inside said we’re only doing online orders only. I don’t have a card so I couldn’t do anything.

Im from out of town i was hungry for wings so ordered thru door dash the 1 order was totally not mine so had to reorder then the 2 order was a dry chicken sandwich with some cold fries ! Absolutely disappointing service. Went in to order 2 sides of ranch at 6pm and they were short / not prepared. Was told (matter-of-factly) I needed to wait for 30 minutes for them to be ready. We’re talking about 2 sides of ranch, how abysmally unprofessional.

Very friendly and helpful staff and everything is in quite large portions so we definitely ordered way more than needed.
The ordering process is very easily, you just pick the kind of chicken (ie bone in, boneless, tenders, etc…) And then the sauce, which they have arranged in order is spiciness.
There’s enough seating for several tables so eating in is possible.

Other wingstops are good but every time time I come here the food is old. I ordered today and wondered how my chicken tenders were done in 2 minutes, before the fries even. When I tasted it they were hard and dry and obviously not fresh. I also ordered fries and they gave me half fries half wedges and i dont like wedges. I will not be returning to this location

If you have the heart to eat here please check your food this chicken sandwich was served to me frozen to the touch! Not only frozen to the touch it was seasoned as if it was cooked. When I called to speak to the manager the man told me there’s nothing he can do and refused to release his name to me. If I had eaten the chicken sandwich and got sick I’m sure that’s plenty of reason for a lawsuit!(September 1st 2022 my order was DoorDash delivered 4:05 pm)

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Wingstop Eatontown. I placed an order online for 30 wings, completed all the necessary steps, and was charged $55.
When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, the staff told me they had no record of it and claimed the online system wasn’t their responsibility. This makes no sense Wingstop is Wingstop, whether online or in-store. If the company’s website isn’t reliable, that’s their problem, not the customer’s.
The situation got even worse. The woman at the counter was incredibly rude, with a nasty attitude that made it clear she had no intention of helping me.
Her tone and demeanor were dismissive and outright disrespectful. It felt personal and racially motivated the way she spoke to me, treating me like I was beneath her.
When I calmly tried to explain the situation and asked for a resolution, she kept cutting me off and deflecting responsibility.
And then, instead of rectifying the issue, they escalated things in the most ridiculous way possible they called the police on me!
The woman claimed that this decision came from their general manager and district manager. Imagine being a customer who was wrongfully charged and then having the cops called on you for trying to get your money or food. It’s outrageous and unacceptable.
This is how they treat paying customers with hostility and zero accountability.
I literally just went up the street to Buffalo Wild Wings after this and had a great experience.
Wingstop could learn a lot from them about how to treat customers with respect and resolve issues without escalating them unnecessarily. If you value your time, money, and dignity, stay far away from this location.
They clearly don’t care about their customers or their reputation. Buffalo Wild Wings is a much better option.
