The bad news is they are only open until 3:30 week days and closed on weekends. It’s very small inside, so I took my order to go. There was a bit of a wait because everything is made fresh to order…totally worth the wait.

This is not a fast food joint — everything is cooked to order. So be patient and you’ll be rewarded. I have tried the green chile cheeseburger and the 2025 state fair burger, and both are memorable. More recently I tried the huevos rancheros, and will attach a photo — there are eggs and tortillas in there, honest. If you want fries with that, I recommend asking for the ribbon fries instead of the regular fries.

This place is good, the only reason I don’t give it a five star review is for the following two reasons. The 2024 NM State Fair burger combo is $18, I think they kept the State Fair pricing. Secondly, there are literally 5 tables, we went on a Tuesday at 1pm and had to wait for a table to open. Also, there is no one bussing tables so we got to clean the crumbs and what not from the previous customers after paying $36 for two cheeseburger combos.

We have ate here a few times and they have not let us down. The green chili burger was delicious and the chili had a nice Lil bite to it. Also have had the frito pie and Indian taco, but honestly at this point I dont think they have a dish that will let you down. The service is surprisingly fast for the amount of orders they get. The staff behind the counter always seems to be in good moods so thats a plus. The seating is a bit tight but it still works pretty good. We have used take out call in orders and that was fast.

Isleta grill has accomplished a NM State Fair competition for the best green chili cheese burger twice now. I’m physically hindered of attending the State Fair & went to Isleta grill. They did not disappoint. Although next time I will switch the cheese. So I ordered it exactly as it was prepared for the judges & it was incredible.

Absolutely, without a doubt, the BEST club sandwich I’ve ever had. The fries are amazing and even after they got cold they were STILL good! You just don’t find real food like this anymore.

I used to come here for lunch at least once a week when I worked closer. I got a new job in a different part of Albuquerque and hardly ever get the chance to come anymore. I’ve been craving their club sandwich all year long. I finally made it for lunch today and I was just so happy. It was really busy for lunch but I know it’s because the food is amazing, so I didn’t mind the wait at all. Still the best club sandwich EVER. I heard they won best green chile cheeseburger again for 2025, congratulations! Well deserved

It is located behind a gas station if you are looking for it, main entry faces north. All food is always great. If it’s busy don’t expect to find a seat, just order to go. It is worth the wait! Highly recommend! NOTE: it is not fast food it’s an experience so be patient

Absolutely love this place. Food is great people are nice. I really don’t like burgers at all but I go here just to eat a burger they’re so good. The breakfast burrito is delicious and a great size. The pastries idk if they make them there or not but they’re delicious!

had the winning State Fair Green Chili Cheeseburger and I must say for me to write a review of a burger is saying something the burger is out of the park great. And the bun is hand made, the toppings are plentiful, the green chili hot. Couldn’t eat the whole burger was full after just half. I will be going back again
