Well I never had my food from this location , it’s about their service. When we enter the store they do look at you and after that you feel that OK so are we inside the store or not?? because they don’t care about it. ORDERS are ready you can see on the BIG screen with the green tick mark AND if order is at the pickup counter for long name doesn’t show up on the screen.
Finally someone will give you a pity look, and again ourself tell that person I HAVE A PICKUP….Sometimes i speak loud EXCUSE ME i have a pickup so they can give me a pity look. I do not like to go to this location but if I am in that area I do get orders from here. And I hate it most.Any response for me???

Unfortunately the service here sucks! I ordered from the app. It said it’ll be ready in about 15 mins. When I got there, I’m told “they’re still working on it.” According to their order screen, someone ahead of me got their order first. A different worker grabs my bag and puts it in the pickup shelf. Does not ask by name nor checks the bag to see who’s order it is. Close to half hour and finally got my order after I ask the original person if the bag was mine. When I got home. They got my order wrong. I ordered Bone-in wings and they gave me all boneless.

the manager ashley IS DISRESPECTFUL! my food was cold, and then on top of that my food was made wrong i ordered hot honey rub and lemon pepper and got plain wings that tasted horrible! i also order fries with hot honey rub seasoning and they were soggy with no seasoning , i never got my 2 lemonade either! i tried to call to receive my refund for this inconvenience and ashley said she doesnt want to talk to me its not her business my food wasnt made correctly.. excuse me??? BETTER MANAGEMENT ASAP!

Horrible customer service, we picked up our to go order but decided to grab a drink. We waited for the person at the register for 5-7 mins, while the person was handling a phone order. After all that time waiting, another worker came they attempted to process our order, they said the system was down so we couldn’t pay for the drink. There was no courtesy for the customers or time wasted. We asked if we can get the drink comped and they refused to do it.

listen i was scared after reading other reviews but still ordered and I’m not disappointed the boneless wings I had them in the Louisiana rub and the cajun rub delicious and the corn that they have also in the Cajun seasoning delicious I hate corn on the Cobb but this was definitely worth it

Fries were good …. Wings garlic & parmesan had a sprinkle of Parmesan no garlic I could taste or see i called right away was told that’s how they are . Then I was put on hold for over 15 minutes before I finally hung up.
