We ordered ahead for the Super Bowl. Picked up a few minutes before. 10 uber/doordash cars deep plus a full entryway. Walked in. Asked me my name and handed me my bag. Efficient. On time and exactly what I ordered. I was impressed with their efficiency. Food was on point.

I ordered wings and I received old hard wings. I broke my tooth because it was hard. I ordered a large fries with no seasoning and I received a regular fries with seasoning. The food tasted like overnight food. When I called the store, the manager laughed (which was disrespectful) and did not care that she messed up my order. Do not go here !

The low overall rating on this store does not, in my opinion, reflect on the most professional and courteous staff that greeted me on my recent visit. The manager went way out of her way to help me when my online order did not make it through. That being said, it appears this store, in particular, doesn’t get the crowd that I have seen in other Wingstops, and perhaps is suffering for that reason. Food was very good, but the wings needed a bit more sauce. The celery sticks were fresh and crisp; however the bleu cheese seemed a bit watered down. French fries and chicken tenders, also, very good. Will definitely return and I wish you all the best !!!!

Took longer than it said it would take. Told us it would take 100 minutes but it has been over two hours! Called after 100 minutes and they said the order will be ready in 20 minutes. Called at 8:00 pm. They answered but no one spoke. This happened 3 times. Terrible service. Will never order from them again!

8/21/21 – This was our first visit to Wingstop in Watchung (or any Wingstop for that matter). We placed an online order for 20 classic wings (carryout) by the piece… Spicy Korean Q (5), Mango Habanero (5), and Original Hot (10). All three flavors were fantastic but I really want to give a shoot out to the Mango Habanero sauce. The cost was $25 which works out to $1.25 per wing. Not cheap but the wings were a good size. The wings were packed in two separate boxes with the Spicy Korean Q and Mango Habanero well separated in the same box. The online order stated that our wings would be ready in 16-21 minutes but it took closer to 30 minutes. Not a complaint, just an observation. The workers were courteous although one customer was not. Wingstop Watchung is located in a strip mall with more than enough parking available. We’ll be back the next time we are in the area.

This is the second time that the fries lots of salt. Guess they don’t know when to stopped putting a salt. You guys better tell them that you don’t need salt coz or else you better watch you blood pressure right after. And they use one bowl for making the fries.

Let’s start with the good. Ordered takeout on the web, said it would be ready in 16-22 minutes and showed up 15 minutes later as they were putting the order in the bag. The wings are good, but nothing really special. The cost for 20 wings with fries was $32 which seems expensive. Not sure I’ll come back because i think there are plenty of competitors in this space.
