Haven’t had their food in a very long time so decided to join in when my family ordered some. But I quickly realized why it’s been a while. First, they didn’t put the order together correctly and I had to go back. The chicken was overcooked and dry. I was expecting a wet sauce on my honey BBQ and garlic Parmesan wings. They barely had any sauce on them. And my honey BBQ wings had a spiciness to it that I wasn’t expecting and didn’t want. Needless to say I was very disappointed and unsatisfied.

Order was lukewarm at best. The fries were cold and like carboard. No seasoning. Atomic sauce was flavorful. Everything else was bland. Ranch and blue cheese is so watered down it doesn’t stick to anything. My first and last time ordering from Wingstop. This was a complete ripoff.

8/21/21 – This was our first visit to Wingstop in Watchung (or any Wingstop for that matter). We placed an online order for 20 classic wings (carryout) by the piece… Spicy Korean Q (5), Mango Habanero (5), and Original Hot (10). All three flavors were fantastic but I really want to give a shoot out to the Mango Habanero sauce. The cost was $25 which works out to $1.25 per wing. Not cheap but the wings were a good size. The wings were packed in two separate boxes with the Spicy Korean Q and Mango Habanero well separated in the same box. The online order stated that our wings would be ready in 16-21 minutes but it took closer to 30 minutes. Not a complaint, just an observation. The workers were courteous although one customer was not. Wingstop Watchung is located in a strip mall with more than enough parking available. We’ll be back the next time we are in the area.

I ordered food through a coworker. She went into the location to pick up the food. I realized she didn’t have the blue cheese and I couldn’t enjoy my wings without them. I didn’t eat them. I waited to go after work and pick up one blue cheese. When I arrived, the lady had me waiting while she spoke to the guy in the back.I asked her for the blue cheese and she replied one second and proceeded to make me wait again. She also made obnoxious faces towards me as she was speaking to me. I explained to her that my coworker came in and ordered my food for me and there was no blue cheese. She if she was handling an investigation over blue cheese. She Is very aggressive and I wasted my time stopping in. I ended up leaving, I was in a hurry and I didn’t want to waste anymore of my valuable time. I will never go back there.

Revolting! I don’t know why I keep returning for disappointment but this will be the very last time. I could have literally opened my window and let the money liter Route 22! The wings were either under-cooked or over-cooked. And it’s funny that they would asked me what type of sauce I wanted but I couldn’t taste that either. Then we had the unfortunate pleasure to wash it all down with watery blue cheese. Go figure! Can you imagine? Well, I can’t! It happened and I won’t disappoint myself ever again and I suggest you don’t either!

Worst customer service experience. Yesiret and Amina need to be retrained, their customer service is garbage. I thought I was going to a reputable establishment in a decent town. I was totally wrong. Stop putting hood buggers on the register and leave them in the back where they belong. Here’s an idea, don’t hire them at all !
