Fresh, yummy and generous sushi rolls. The menu has a ton of specialty rolls along with classics, vegan and vegetarian rolls. There were also several ramen options and fun cocktails too. The location was convenient and the ambiance was quiet and contemporary.

Placed a pick up order for vegetable ramen with gluten free noodles and a cup of vegetables on the side. The gluten free noodles stick together and don’t separate but instead break in the broth which ruins the whole point of having ramen. The miso broth and vegetables were good. I paid $6 for a “cup” of vegetables to add to left over miso from ramen dish. The cup was barely half way full. Mirakutei should be ashamed of not providing a full cup as it’s on the menu.

All the places I’ve eaten sushi, I’ve never gotten a sushi boat just for ordering 3 rolls and some nigiri. What a fun and special experience. Not to mention that our server was so kind, and the food was delicious.

I appreciated the dairy-free Thai tea mocktails and the attention to detail on the tamago.

We got a reservation for 4 people but the place didn’t seem too busy on the day that we went. Definitely try the Dynamite Salmon roll, that was our favorite! Presentation and service were great!

It was crowded but no wait time to be seated. The sushi took a little bit of time but the drinks and appetizers came out quickly. I love the jalapeño poppers and gyoza here it taste very fresh. Our waiter checked our table many times despite how busy it was. Great service and food!

The sushi gave me food poisoning. I ate 3 pieces and ran to the bathroom to throw up. I continued to be sick all night and the next day. My best friend came for our girls day out and it ended up a waste of $75. Will not be back.

Oh my god is this place amazing! First time going with my wife and man I am amazed. I have some what of an obsession with ramen and have know about this place for sometime now but was too busy giving other ramen spots a try since this one was so close to home. Well, the wait was definitely worth it. I ordered a house ramen, spicy of course. The meat was so tender and the broth!!! Don’t get me started on the broth!!! My wife said “even I don’t make your eyes roll like that”

If that don’t tell you how good the food is. Let’s talk about the service. Our waiter, Lindsay, was super friendly came and checked up on us several times. I definitely recommended anybody that’s visiting the Clackamas area to try Mirakutei Sushi & Ramen at least once. With a wide selection of ramen and sushi to choose from, they are bound to have something for your taste buds.

This review is directed to the owner and management.

The food itself was delicious, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the service failure overshadowed what should have been a strong first visit.

There were four of us dining together. Two guests ordered ramen and two ordered sushi rolls. The ramen arrived first, and the timing was so poorly managed that those guests finished their entire meals before the sushi rolls were served. Only after the delay became obvious did the server say it would be “five more minutes,” with the food arriving several minutes later.

When I pointed out that half the table had already finished eating, the server responded with a smile on her face, “it is their turn to watch you eat.” This comment was dismissive and inappropriate given the situation. After we finally finished our sushi, the server asked how everything was. I mentioned that I felt better now that I had eaten, to which she replied that she also gets grumpy when she’s hungry. While an apology was mentioned, it felt habitual and lacked sincerity. There was no meaningful acknowledgment of the disruption, and no attempt at service recovery or accommodation.

At a $112 price point, and for a restaurant that presents itself as fine dining, this level of service is unacceptable. Dining out is meant to be a shared experience, not one where part of the table waits while the rest finishes.

This restaurant is located in a high-traffic mall, meaning many first-time guests will pass through. It would be a shame for others to experience similar treatment — particularly if assumptions, attentiveness, or potential bias played any role in how service was delivered. That concern alone warrants careful review by management.

The food deserves recognition, but service standards, staff training, and guest-recovery expectations clearly need attention. I would welcome a response from ownership regarding how this is being addressed.

Date of service 2/15 around 1 pm.
